new from observation. Enviroments are really something I have to do more often. That is one huge undiscovered thing for me. I still feel the drawings are too studious here and there. More relaxed stuff will come hand in hand with more practise I guess. c & c are welcome![]()

hello CA followers, new update here. Honestly, I am starting to be a bit frustrated with all my artistic ambitions. Does my work make any sense when there is no talk, no interest from the possible employers, no hint of life I can recognize? Everyday I am facing the reality of this creative/entertainment industry which seem to be unfair in some way. But what seems to be unfair to one is perfectly fair for another. That's not a thing to argue with. What's left is to keep on working and practising... Currently I am part of a two-men game developing team which really can't cover all my working hours and artistic needs, so I am looking for something different I can work on and get paid for. I like story-telling so I am looking forward to film and comics and books... Anyway, feel free to hit a word or two if you feel you can see some potential in what I am doing here for some specific field/career. Thanks!
Now to the art bits. Turned out to be more of a Sci-Fi this time. Even with that plastic toy gun as a part of my "simple things" acrylic studies![]()

Of course your work makes sense, and you should not be frustrated. I am not
so sure how the art industry stands, cause I never been in those waters before,
but I guess it’s the same as any other real life job. In order to go on a way of success,
you have to have someone, somewhere in some bigger company or industry, a
friend or cousin, who will help you to get in, to get aboard. For example in my country,
it’s impossible to get a decent job if your mother, father, or any other closer relative
doesn’t have some bigger function, or if he/she ain’t a part of some political party. I guess
that same thing relates to other jobs, just as art itself is. I guess it’s hard to get, and I
mean real hard, to get any kind of job without any good connection. What remains is
that you do your art as a lifestyle and do it for fun. You are talented and your art presents
your true self. I am happy that you became more active, and I think that your sketchbook
is a true gold, it serves you as a diary and it serve us as a real diamond in our everyday
non fulfilled lives. As for the job is concerned, what I learnt from my friends,
is if you really want to work as an artist, you have to commercialize yourself,
draw and paint things what the audience want and not what you like. You have
a wonderful webpage, so you should post that all around the globe, on various
art forums, facebooks and browse the art job sections in the before mentioned
communities. But in the end, I think that you know all this, I just wanted to help
you and give you my humble opinion. And my final thoughts for now is that
you never give up drawing and painting, never give up art, even if it’s not paid
cause sometimes art is the only reasonable way to be.
No way in hell. Thanks for the encouragement bro. There still is a room for the breakthrough and I deeply hope I can survive in these waters. I believe you can grow much faster in thoughts and skills once you are working daily and full-time not just evening doodles. To commercialize myself even more is probably crucial and hardest part. Back in the days I didn't think too much about what am I drawing. I was all for the commercial shit and cliché motives. It is much different now. There is a ton of a mainstream art around and I have to think twice to work on something that was done so many times. I am in a constant search for new ideas and on never-ending learning path though. It is thrilling but sometimes frustrating journey. That was one of those dark moments I had. Now back to work with some new updates...

Drawing own foot could be surprisingly difficult for quick sketching. Have to practise that way more often. And my first ever attempt for handdrawn animationin "fck the basics" style... (open image in new tab if it's not working right away)

Really nice sketchbook you have there! Like the stuff with the copics or felttip marker. Really weird style, but I like it very much.
What language is that with the dude in the painting? Obraze means "(in the) painting" in polish but i dont know the other stuff.
Keep working on that style!

cool sb! you have a very nice style, really like these new updates with all the moleskine sketches! keep it up!
@Qikalain - glad you like that style. Gonna explore it further. The text you mentioned is in slovak (not too far from polish) and exactly it says "stay in the picture". Not sure english have similar phrase but it means "to keep in touch with most recent happening". Thanks.
@kevin_ - yeah, with the moleskine I became a branderThanks.
@LtPlissken - buddy, I want to keep on regularirty with those morning tea doodles. My main issue is how to keep my morning tea nicely warm during whole session. It's getting cold way quickly since I am working on the sketches. Every last doodle is accompanied by snarling.
now new moleskine update:

Ha! Those morning drawings really crack me up !
The random topics and styles are very neat, not to mention they're drawn VERY nice !
I'm really loving how you invent a different font everytime
-J
@Jarkuzy - since you like my font creations I made a special morning tea doodles today. The tea-pography. The last one is a bit tricky though.
Little update today. More of a wall-painting for me these days. I am redesigning my bed-room. For an animation bit, use right-click and open image in new tab for instant play. Sometimes those gifs are locked.

Updates. I really like what limited color palete does to my envirosLooking at Morning Tea doodles from yesterday: ball-pen drawing Rorschach images is kind of pointless. It was pretty relaxing though.

A new moving force has been implemented in your everyday
life, since you involved those tea-pography regular drawing schedules.
Every morning there's a birth of some new fresh revolutionary ideas,
which could be, and I believe will be evolved into something even
more fantastic. Birds, bears, muscles and naked females, all together
makes a fascinating combination, and reveals the true talent of your
motivation. I am left speechless once more. You keep up with this
pace and keep on living in this spirit.
update! New bunch of morning sips, some life drawing, simple-thing acrylic and imaginative weird-fiction (wei-fi)I like it that way...

KEEP THOSE MOLESKINES COMING! I mean damn man, finally those good old moleskine sketches, haven't seen those in a while(should be watching this site more often, huh?)! They really convey the feeling of you sitting down at a bench, and just doing your artsy stuff. I love the lines, I love the ideas, I love the characters, I love the studies! A definite subscription to your thread, just promise me that you'll keep on updating us with this eyecandy!
Keep it up!
Oh, and a question: do you drink your morning tea slowly, or do you draw extremely fast?![]()

Hey, thanks! I am actually running out of pages on this moleskine. Only two pages remain and have no local reseller in my town so I gotta order new on-line. I sure will continue sketching the old way so you just keep on watching this siteThe morning tea sips may have a little break though.
To your question, I am as fast as my tea gets cold. Often I am on mini challenges trying to finish the page before the tea becomes undrinkable shit.
