@LtPlissken
I'm feeling fineAnd yeah I won't give up, so don't worry.
@tomskie
yeah, just keep pushing and study hard and you,ll get there. good luck mate.
Wow it was like forever since my last post. I don't have much to add. For last to weeks I was behaving like a lazy piece of shit ><. No more. Gonna get some breakfast and going back to work!
Man, those anatomy studies are amazing. I'd suggest to keep doing them, and then make sure that you apply them to your personal work. The figure at the very bottom's musculature looks a bit odd and super exaggerated (maybe this was the effect you were going for?). Either way, I'd do even more of those because they not only look great, but will help immensely down the road I'm sure.

Gorillas pretty cool, I just have a problem with how dark the face is. Keep up the good work
The link is right there, its ok to press. Any help/advice is appreciated.
The blood is pumping, the air is humping,
and the road is bumping. You implemented
the yesterday into tomorrow. No sirens, no reinforcement
will ever be able to understand your quick and fast
improvement. A blitzkrieg is what you have brought upon
us, a short and shocking rapid fire of eye candies. Our
eyes started eating candied because of you.
In medieval Rome, you would be something like
a saint or a God, but today with the understanding
of the modern technology, you are even more.
I like everything you paint and draw,
cause you are an artistic beast,
becoming stronger and stronger,
slashing and clashing everything
infront of you.
hey, great anatomy studies on the last page.
I would suggest to use larger brushes so can "think in big abstract shapes".
keep it up
keep at it, dark is your enemy from now on, befriend it, understand it is not enemy but friend, in that total black area there is shades, little values close to each other that will keep masses dark but show form, easy eh?

I know the feeling about getting the lazy piece of shit bug man, sometimes it just feels like everything is against you, and everything you do just ends up crap. Just gotta push through it man and keep killin it! The latest piece you did for the bloodsports is one of your best yet and theres defiantly improvements in your work. The two things i would point out is the arm anatomy, which looks abit off and the shadows have too much black in them. Remember that shadows very rarely end up black, and bounce light usually effects the colour of the shadows.
Keep it up man, i look forward to seeing more!
good stuff man. Keep pushing it and always remember to apply your studies to your work after you did them! Keep rockin!
@Mat Kaminski
Yeah I intend to exaggerate his muscles. But I agree with you that musculature are off ;p
@KateTheTerrorist
Thanks mate. Yeah it isn't to good study ;<
@LtPlissken
May the force be with you Lieutenant ;]
@Nettle_Mountain
You are totally right, mate. I will keep that in mind in my next piece. Thanks!
@logistic puppet
Yeah procrastination is bitch! And thanks for the advice. I realise that i fucked up anatomy. That's why I'm focusing on arms now. And yeah trying to learn more about the shadows and how light behave. I think I'm on the right track. Thanks ;3
@Noro
I will. Thank you ;3
Ok. I know it's a small update. But it's always something. Oh and if you could point which composition you like the most. I would be gratefull.
Hey Rama, looking good. Some of the comps are to close to the original, think outside the box! I like where number 1 is going, it has a nice feel to it, though shouldn't they be going towards the castle?![]()

Again I appreciate your feedback guys ;33~ Thanks!
How on earth get accurate skintone in grayscale to color technique? Do you guys know any resource which contain more in depth explanation instead simple step by step? Hope you know what I mean![]()
I think that I managed to do from grayscale to color skintones
relatively successful on my Juggernaut Fuckdoll Lucy painting,
if you remember it.
I posted the steps back on the 13th page of my sketchbook.
Now as I remember I added an overlay layer on top of the
greyscale one and painted some reds, oranges, pink and skin like
colors. When I was satisfied with the changes that I did, I merged
the layer down. After that I just kept adding overlay layers and
was adding more colors to each of them. Mostly reds, and oranges, warm colors
to simulate realistic skin tones. I think that it took me about 20 or 30
layers till the final results. On the last layers I even added some bluish
and greenish colors, as for veins and stuff. The more colors you mix
in, the better the results will be. Hope this helps you a bit.
