Nice stuff here! My only crit is to try and use a higher opacity when painting. Right now you seem to be using really low opacity and it kind of muddles your forms and is less efficient.

    Hey there Atey,
you got some beautiful concepts and paintings here in
    this magical sketchbook.
#27 - favorite (she's got some really nice breasts)

Nothing special to criticize, what I noticed that you are
a bit struggling with facial proportions, so your faces are suffering
a bit cause of that issue.

Do more head and face studies maybe.

#62 - first painting - favorite II, not so nice breasts but ok

Wish you a happy painting session, hope we will stay in touch.

hey, try to reduce your lines. i see so many lines, and they're all over the place. do a drawing of a figure and focus on only the necessary lines for the representation, then work up more detail from there.

You started off the thread pretty strong... some of those pieces look really good, while some of the other ones seem a little weak in the faces. This probably comes down to consistency. Maybe study some heads and facial construction for understanding and then you can take leaps forward

Hey, you've got a cool realistic/impressionistic painting style that experiments with color and emotion. I like that approach. I use it myself, although your a lot better at it. Keep it up yo!

My crit would be for your accuracy. We just did slow angle measurements in life-drawing today. It made my stubborn self understand that using angles and the linear-proportional strategy are a GOOD thing! yep. I now focus on basics. You've got good heads, but I would say angles will help your proportions.

@LtPlissken Hey, i am happy you found something of intress here i will work more on head studies and i am sure we will stay in touch!

@kingkostas will do!, bought an anatomy book recently

@p_sage hi, latley i have been under so much stress and pressure that i have not been able to render things out to a level i am happy with, but i will step up my game, and give better quality and stronger works even tho with very limited time

@JiR alright l'll try to give some more

@poetry_man yeah i will be more accurate in future, time to step up my game, l am going to try what you said about angels

Nice work, I can see a lot of improvement over the last few pages. I really like your quick digital sketches. One critique I have, in the latest piece, the women with the fish, her face seems flattened. You can't really see any of the plains of her face. Her whole cheek looks flat, nothing to get a sense that there is a bone there. it doesn't have to be completely pronounced but just a small hit to suggest it is enough. Keep up the good work tho, I look forward to seeing more.

the quick sketches are great, they display the idea so quickly, and the economy of your line is fantastic! my only suggestion might be to continue to flesh out some of these characters and enviros.

maybe toss in a few studies, never too good for some of those

    keep posting!!
