I think your face studies look good. The colors look a little washed out though. It could be because the pictures you were painting from didn't have strong lighting on them. I'm not sure.
I'm glad I'm not the only one that loses his mojo sometimes. I thought it was just me. I think your figures look good and I like how you distort the anatomy at times. What made you lose your passion with art in the first place? Did you have a bad experience? Just curious. From what I see, you clearly have some cool stuff in here.
amazing anatomy and gesture.character design is great.
Wow! Love your work. Especially the attitude in the girl drawings!
GIVE ME MORE LANDSCAPES!!! love your style!

Istmin~ It's probably my job =/ I used to draw a lot for comfort but now drawing stresses me out cos its a job. So now when I go home and look at my PC it just makes me feel tired.
But I have ALOT of things I want to draw still.
And also after I came back from across the pacific I kinda lost my comfortable workstation. But I manage to nab a PC and fix it last night so hopefully this will work out better =)
Yea I guess a job can do that to you. I'm glad you are still drawing your own work though. That's always important. Keep up the hard work.
=) thank you istmin.
Quick sketch before getting rapped for not doing work at work sigh.
Trying to do a Fantasy Warrior thing version of all my girls.
Hopefully i can get all 5 of them out =).
the girls in your sketches are genuinely pretty, and the pictures tell a great story~
Oh Wow I am feeling inexperienced now looking at your work. Its so good >.< Thats it! I have to go lock myself in my room and try to draw. I wanted to know if you can give me any tip for coloring and shading digitally? Because the only thing I have is photoshop. I have been just drawing & inking my stuff and coloring it with PS. Is there any other way to get it to look better?
My friend gave me a list of girls as a challenge to help spur me on so here's 2 of them so far.
and some ref studies of colours and buildings with ref.
Hopefully more girls from the list to come.
kateshi : hmm i don't really have tips really. I look at photography for colour inspiration though and just paint whatever i like =)
Those girls are great![]()
Another girl =)
enjoy looking through this, solid art! Keep posting![]()

Another Girl and a few practices I've done in between work.

Great work, lovely gestures
Some rough sketches and face doodles from ref
Your girls are so sexy~!
Such elegant lines and beautiful, sexy characters! You have a wonderful imagination. Sometimes the foreshortening could use some work, but I think that you have a pretty great grasp of it already! And kudos for doing it in the first place![]()

Rule #1 of depicting soldiers: KEEP THE DAMN FINGER OFF THE DAMN TRIGGER.
Great stuff! Keep up the good job!
And a little crit: that pose that you like so much, when the girl almost fully turns her waist back (like the bunny girl) is almost impossible (try it yourself and you'll see XD) and try to be more careful with how the clothing is stretching (on the bunny girl again, the clothing stretches/folds around waist should go in the opposite way)
Ever feel like you're hitting a wall? DON'T stop. TRY harder. Break THROUGH. It's WORTH it.
