You have a light, whimsical style. I hope to see more!
1 question though, in your 2nd last picture, I'm not quite sure what the character is supposed to be. She has a very young face but her body is of a grown woman, and is she resting on a cliff which also looks like a giant hand cradling her?
    cheers

    Thank you Jetle and kayness.
About the girl-woman ... I'm addicted to surrealism and symbolism and sometimes mix them.
In most of my drawings (not the cartoony one) there is a hidden message or thought. You know the woman is still little fragile girl

thank you for the comment on my sketchbook! You're right about the colours, I will try to use more different colours and not only shades.
I really like the compositions of your pictures, there's a lot of harmony there. I'd only try to go a little darker with the shadows, so that you would gain a wider range in values. Looking forward to see more from you!

About the shadows I'm still to shy to use strong shadows everybody says that And must work on it really.
I have some really weird old drawings Maybe it will be fun to see them :

So that' s the old ones and here is a portrait with reference from yesterday:

Thank you for the comment on my sketchbook Your surreal work is really awesome, quite imaginative For the portrait: if you're aiming for realism, you might want to check the size of the eyes and the distance between them. Other than that, I think it is a very good piece Keep up the good work

Yes the eyes are too big for her - it is some kind of fetish for me Really sweet big eyes I must keep en eye on this when I draw.

    And one fresh :

This friend of mine has really nice body shapes for drawing - very angular

You have a very cute style, especially when you're drawing little creatures your realistic traditional portraits/sketches seem nice as well, I'd say keep it up ^^

Your latest doodles are adorabe. I'd loved to see them animated.

Hi, thanks for sweeping by my sketchbook. Your fantasy creatures are quite unique and it seems that you have a good idea of which aspects of your art needs work. Try to spot errors with your construction lines and correct them before they become an issue later on. For example, if the creature is grounded then find his center of gravity to give it some weight. Even if one feet is in the air, the other foot will be planted firmly on the ground. A leaping character on the other hand, you can twist or bend the body a bit more to get away from the notion of needing to draw things vertically. Of course, with discretion because it all depends on your intentions.

Your creatures are quite unique to your style of art, keep it up. Cheers.

Right, strings, I have good idea where are my strong sides and the weak ones just because I watch good artist's art and tutorials and analyze mine
I'm really happy to see that all you likes my sweet characters
I had a dream to become a character artist or illustrator of children books Seems perfect for me.

Nice sketchbook! Your faces seem to be pretty good proportionally speaking. For the black and white digital painting, her eyes seep to be too large. Watch out for the sizes of the hands in relation to the rest of the body, and the sizes of the fingers in relation to the palm of the hand. If you do anatomy and proportion studies of hands and faces, it will help. Also you could do some self portraits from a mirror and studies of your own hands. I hope that helps!
    Here's my sketchbook!

Love the creatures. Great lines on alot of your work. Definately do the studies! I put it off for forever, and after I finally gave in, its been making a world of difference. Keep up the good work, and post more when you can.

    HEy there kitana!
I'm glad that I have find your sketchbook! Really nice stuff with a lot of potencial. I really love the girl elf the most. But I'm suggesting to fix a position of legs. When you fix it it would be really nice looking image. I see also some practical studies around. They are very smart studied. Keep it up! I hope you learn a lot and your works become better and better. It's worth the effort. See ya!
