Job description:
I'm working on this little game called "Newton vs the Lazynots" and I need a few things to make it look a little more professional.
Here is a screenshot of how the game looks at the moment:

I need the following:
- game logo: "Newton vs the Lazynots"
- team logo, we're called "WhompBlomp"
- HUD items:

• 3 PowerUp icons (Mist, Shockwave, Electric Shock)
• Player Health (Full, Empty, in between)
• Spirit, Star icons for counters (like x 5)

- Game Won/Lost screens with stats
- Main Menu: the text "How to play/Options/Highscores/Settings/Credits" looking like a menu
- How to play "pages"
- Options Menu
- Highscores Menu
- Settings Menu
- Credits Screen

I will provide a lot more details once we get started, no need to go into too much details.
I have gathered a lot of references but I'm also opened to any kind of style/look as long as it fits with the game.

Compensation:
I'm not a game developer, I'm doing this in my free time but I have around 500$ for this. I don't know if I will manage to sell it or make it available for free but I would like to make it look cool either way.
I would like to use PayPal for payment.
You will also get credit in the game credits if that matters

Deadline
There's no deadline but I would like to finish the game before Christmas holidays so the sooner the better, probably for both of us. This shouldn't take more then a few days.
