I have a habit of rushing my work and drawing too fast. I try to slow down, but when I draw for an extensive amount of time, I start rushing my work without realizing it.

Err...Hold off the caffeine?
Why don't you go back to "finished" drawings later and see if there is anything you can improve on? It's not really "finished" until you say so.

Take breaks if you're working on something a long time... (Whenever I take a break and come back to a piece, I always find things to fix.)
