    I have a problem

I have a habit of rushing my work and drawing too fast. I try to slow down, but when I draw for an extensive amount of time, I start rushing my work without realizing it.

Why don't you go back to "finished" drawings later and see if there is anything you can improve on? It's not really "finished" until you say so.

    The process.
Love it. Savor it. Make love to it. Get really geeky about it.
Don't think about the finished product so much. Enjoy the process of getting there.

And as JJacks said, look to improve old drawings. Sometimes the first image is just a draft.

I'll actually strengthen that. The first image is always a draft. At the advice of my first year animation teacher, I have a quote taped to my desk:

"Never accept your first, or even second or third, drawing."

Take breaks if you're working on something a long time... (Whenever I take a break and come back to a piece, I always find things to fix.)
