Hey man,

That Bear tank is lookin' good, and I'm enjoying the sketch pages. Couple things I've noticed though, the male faces you are drawing are starting to look very similar, now I'm not sure if this is your intent but it looks like you are repeating the same bone structure a lot. I would suggest doing more studies and pushing the variety in the faces and expressions. It can be a tough habit to break and an easy one to get back into if you're not careful so I try to do studies as often as I can to keep things fresh. Keep up the good work man.

Great job all-round this week!
The Photoshop dudes are coming along. You might think about making the clothes slightly darker value, at lest in relation to their skin and bring the sky all the way to the silhouette or clean up the shape.
