ThomasM we must know these certain features to identify the kind and also use them in our concepts .

    GoGoJojo .

Scriar interesting links , i dont forget what you said and i will use all of that to become a good artist .

InFlame good point about focusing on one single object , i must try that also .

teapo you know me , i will try my best .

Jeremy Swan it was hard but i did it and i must do more and more .

PaintMyBrain you are not lazy , yes , i feel i must do both traditional and digital at same time .

    Lyno .

    Partisan .

DeJakhalz bulls are really interesting animals and we can use them to draw good monsters and creatures .

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

what a cute bear and I love the colors on the last one. Maybe you should have put some more detail in the fur of the bear, it got a little muddy but still nice job. You are doing very well sir. keep it up

Oh wow, I guess my subscription to your thread went wonky! You have been working! Awesome that you're doing anatomy studies. You gotta work on your accuracy though, man. Get some simple shaped stuff - boxes, cans, and throw a light on it. Study the shapes, try to get as accurate as possible. Try to ignore the fact that you're drawing a "can" or a "box" and just draw what's coming into your eyes.

    Hey Ramin,

Great to see all these animal studies. Keep it up.

One thing I want to point out on the bear pencil sketch is that you don't have to render every single fur. Think of the shift in values on the fur as shapes instead of lines. (One of the few times lazying out is okay. Haha. ;D) Plus, our eyes doesn't see every detail at a single glance.

Kudos to the hard work ethic.

For your animals I think some boxes and cylinders would go a long way when you build them in 3d. Keep up the work, alot of it is time and practice.

Hey, nice update. You're getting there! I really like the shading on the skull for the anatomy study and the color job on the bunny. I want to pet that bunny.

Nice work and studies man. My first impression is that most of your stuff looks flat so I´d recomend thinking about doing some valuea studies. I think I saw the suggestion in here allready.

otherwise, keep it up and keep posting. It´s allways good to see when ppl are consistant in their studies. Keeps me on my toes.

    cheers

    keep on truckin

Hi I have see your thread for ages but now that I have, I have to say congratulations. You are improving greatly and I especially like yor animal studies. Continue the studies and continue working on your figure drawings which still need a lot of improvement as the placement is still a little off. Try and do some more still life studies, something I need to do a lot more of and doe some more guesture.

Maybe you could try some master copies, they're good for imrpoving drawing what you see and you can analyse the artist's techniques whiles you're drawing. I love your dedication, dedication is something i need to work a whole lot on more myself. I hope my advice was okay, I'm still very much a beginner myself.

i see u use a smudging technique to render those bunny's and stuff.. can i ask u why ? cause i think u can do better rendering without the smudging.

study's looking neat!! keep those flowing!

You are working following a Riven Phoenix video tutorials,
that is just great, I did that too. But.
But, watch out, do not do only them, cause Riven is
coughing too much and he ain't had a real feeling when
the proportions go wrong. He is not a natural born athlete is
what I am trying to say. He knows the muscles and the
theory stuff, but do not catch his drawing style, cause
it can ruin some of your qualities.
You are a hard worker, so I guess nothing can
go wrong. The only thing that can brake you,
    if you give up.
Take care my friend, and keep
    up with the good stuff.
