They were getting pissed because higher ups did not feed every financial report by them and make sure they approved of the decisions. Commenting on lounge threads automatically gave them direct handling of Conceptart.org.

That and they wanted to bitch about how they were fed up about not being able to bitch about Conceptart.org on conceptart.org. During a time when Manley was trying to attain more sponsors and other tech for the site and those people were more then likely looking into the site.
The mods did the right thing.

Obviously this above statement describes the only reason anyone has ever left or been removed from this site..Anyone not adhering to this rule does not exist because that is to far fetched thinking on the readers end of this statement. Because I did not address the reason why other events are happening such as whatever is going on with MB/ TAD...Is fault on my part somehow. Obviously I must have no clue whats going on in other threads regarding Coro, Marko or who ever...... Although I do remember commenting in the threads. But you can crucify me all you like for not describing every instance, that really has nothing to do with this. Does it matter? Even if we lost 200 people, there's a million more still here. As far as management concerned it's none of our business. Every thread made that brings up drama get's locked. You're not going to get answers by making threads but more importantly, you're not going to get any answers. Probably because it really isn't none of our business what happens between the founders or anyone else.

Funny enough many big names that took leaves or left due to personal reasons, say babies or work, and they don't get discussed but lol someone mentions drama and everyone is suddenly all paparazzi about it. Contributions aren't down, the site isn't worse than ever, there hasn't been a drop off in quality. Unless Manley or the people you constantly see in the Critique section leave, we're going to be okay.

Not to feed the poop machine or anything. But I'm pretty sure thats not why Coro(among others) left the community and TAD. I think its safe to assume that there are issues lots of people have that lots of people know nothin about. I'm pretty sure that all of this "drama" comes down to TAD generating money even though the "original intention" of CA (which isn't TAD) was to be non-profit blah blah blah... It could also be that TAD is conflicting with the CA Atelier (it IS sort of replacing it in a sense...) and now CA is sort of in competition with itself.

Then again, I have no fucking clue. And actually, I really don't care... It's none of my business.
