Hey thanks for the kind words in my sb![]()
Im loving your work so far, even your studies seem to have a narrative, and your characters look as if there in the midst of deep thought. im not sure how you've done it, i put an hour into a face and they still look like stuffed dummies.
Another thing is you seem to have (either recongnised or subconciously) payed equel-ish attention to developing both male and female studies at the same time, usually females ususally draw a lot of females and males (well at least to a sertain age) draw males. ive lost count of the amount of gender dominated sb ive seen, even in professionals. so yeh nice to see.
No real crit from me, you seem to be giving it your best. Keep it up![]()
Thanks, man.
Thumbnails for a piece I want to finish, and astronaut finds a glowing plant. I wanted some input on these before I choose a concept.

Painting of Feja Beha, made her nose too short.

You're right about the nose, but the rendering is so powerful! I love the bold strokes and contrast. And I'm sooo in love with how you shaped her lips. One thing that strikes me as a little weird is the size of her hair. It makes her neck and shoulders seem too small and her head too big. I think toning it down juuuust a little bit will make it look more "proportional" and realistic. I know the hair is supposed to be dramatic, but I think it just barely crossed the line of too dramatic.
Love your classical figure studies, they really are stunning.

Thank you!
I'll try to lengthen her face and make things more proportionate.
