The drawing book I study has anatomy section - bones and muscles. I don't see any muscle diagrams about female on it. Question is female has the same muscle structures as male?

Yes. The main sexual differences are in the skeleton and fat distribution, not the muscles.

The only difference is that some muscles are developed and more visible on male bodies.
If you are just studying muscles then muscles are the same for both sexes. However, look at some photos or live people as well so you can understand how these muscles look on the surface depending on how fit the person is.
