Somehow I dreamt one of my good friends suddenly had an american flag tattoo'd on his back (and he's a very happy european anarchist evil mastermind on high heels.)

Also, last night I dreamt I had to steal tiny puppets from a department store built in and as a forest. So there were lots of velvet drapes making story-high rooms and display cases in an oak forest. Lots of Lara Croft running and jumping for me and a mate. Awesome. Too bad we got caught. Windows lead into a normal city, and I was disappointed.

The last part I remember was that I was at a house party (a CA party?) when Icon came in to say her goodbyes. I told her not to go, but she said she had to. Then she told me that she sent me a request to wherever she was going. She asked if I still wanted to be her friend and I said "of course." She invited me to her Halloween/haunted house party she was having, said "bye", and went outside. She was looking around for her car, but her friends moved it down the street. She started screaming at them and they started laughing. We all waved goodbye to each other. I walked over to a table and someone said, "Hey are those the directions to her house?" I said yeah, and wrote down the directions. Some people started using the internet to find the best route to her house. Rock That Body by Black Eyed Peas was playing.

I've never met Karla and I've seen like, one pic of her online. I might have seen her at the Seattle Workshop, but I was basically walking around in a stupor due to my mind being blown upon entry.

I was in a hive of artists studios, all cluttered together. I stumbled upon "brokecow"'s (from these forums) space and was looking through his sketch book. Then he comes in dressed in Robocops suit, except it's all black and modified. I was like "oohhh shit! i'm sorry!"

A day out playing golf, an announcer come's and gives me some advice.
"Hit the ball way out onto the green and just leave it there, the last man of the round will hit it in for you"
So I did just that but my ball was turned into a spectacle,
a caravan stopped next to the ball and a short little clown like person would play my last shot, even the flag pole was this short comical looking thing. The flag on it resembling a white and red pattern, maybe or China,England or Switzerland?

Looking at a list someone gave me, I remember being amazed at seeing my rankings change, on a list of a couple of hundred I was now somewhere in the middle.

The next round I saw the map of the field, it was an exact shape of the South American continent.
I plotted my course and decided I was going to play an additional stroke to get around the bend instead of cutting over it.
I hit a shot and my ball landed really close to the green, the air was like bizarre with the cheer and charge of good luck.
The clown appears yet again and plays my last shot as if it's a marble over the most complicated green sandbank type of arrangement straight into the hole.

The character then turns into a Dutch version of a leprechaun with a feather in his green hat running over the fields with excitement.

I was in what looked like a cross between Favela from MW2 and a luxury home. There were three pornstars there but all they would do is chat and eat popcorn. I was bummed out by this. Then I woke up.

Well, I just woke up from one of my best dreaming nights of the past year. I'm sharing what I remember of them with you both to solidify my memory of them, and just because they were so awesome.

In the first interesting dream that I can remember, my dad and I were in a situation similar to the movie "Signs." We were inside our house, and we could hear the pitter-patter of an alien running around on our roof. How the hell we knew it was an alien, I don't remember. I also don't remember much of the plot of the rest of this dream, except that at the end I went outside and saw the alien jump of the roof and either run away or try to get in my house. The alien was about two feet tall, brown, really skinny, and had the same shape and proportions as the Arquillian from "Men in Black" (the tiny alien inside the guy's head).

Segue to the next dream. This was was really cool. I dreamed I had somehow gotten involved in the local mafia. In reality, I live in a pretty small town, without a mob presence (at least, I think!), but in my dream there was a huge mafia underworld, spread throughout several clubs and hangouts. There was a huge cast of characters, thugs and underbosses and consiglieres and whatnot, but I don't remember the details of most of them. I do remember the biggest, baddest Don in town, though. He never came out of the basement of the club he hung out at, and down there he had a continual party going on.
Then things got interesting. Me and two other guys decided to assassinate the big boss, so we took the elevator down to the basement where he hung out, and gave the password at the door to be let in. The big boss himself answered the door, and one of my accomplices stabbed a big orange plastic fork into his heart, which went through his clothes and skin like a knife through butter. Then we made our escape, fleeing through the streets of the town where I live, Oceano--which is kind of funny, because if you've ever seen Oceano, it's definitely not the place where you'd imagine the headquarters of a huge Italian mafia organization to be. We ran through the streets until we got out into the country, where we started swimming down canals and through swamps and stuff. There were lots of very small sharks swimming in the swamp.
Meanwhile, the mob thugs in charge of investigating the Don's murder visited the man who made the fork with which we'd stabbed him, who was apparently a designer of fancy, brightly-colored utensils and plates and stuff. This man was played by Morgan Freeman in my dream. The thugs question Morgan Freeman for a while, and it appears that he had nothing to do with the murder. However, Morgan Freeman then asks the thugs something like "Are you familiar with Russian Roulette?" and then suddenly whips out a gun and fires four bullets, killing all the thugs (which doesn't make sense from a Russian Roulette standpoint, but oh well). There is the distinct sense that Morgan Freeman, designer of colorful plastic utensils, is the mastermind behind the assassination. The plot thickens!
Meanwhile, my two accomplices and I had a disagreement about where we should run and hide now that we've assassinated the mob boss, so I leave the other two and flee down the beach (which makes geographical sense, since Oceano is on the beach). From then on, the tone and subject matter of the dream changes considerably. The weather gets stormy. I reach the southern end of the beach, and there are three kids there. My dream self sort of merges with the main kid, and there is the sense that two distinct dream stories are colliding and merging into one. The kids are on some sort of mystical, fantastical adventure, and/or are the members of an ancient astronaut/alien worshiping cult, with the main kid being the psychic, prophetic head of that cult. The weather is stormy, as I've said, and there is a distinct, low, dark cloud on the horizon. I get the sense that the cloud is either really an island or an approaching tsunami. (Backstory--there often really is low-lying fog off the coast where I live, and tourists have asked before if it's an island). I try to get to safety by scaling a nearby low cliff, which turns out to be a bookshelf full of leathery tomes, in keeping with the feeling of fantastical adventure that I get from the kids. As I climb the bookshelf cliff, I pull out and look through some of the books, and they give me the backstory on the kids' alien-worshiping cult, showing ancient sculptures and images of strange, otherworldly beings. The alien in the carvings is actually somewhat similar to the alien from my earlier dream.
From there on after the dream starts to break down, because I'm waking up, but there is a strong sense of immanence, as if the alien messiah of the kids' cult is about to make an appearance. Then I woke up.

Well, I hope some of you actually read that and were entertained somewhat by it, because it was quite neat to experience all that firsthand.

alright,let's see...these are ones i had somewhere in the past two years...

first one was me being in a mine (with collapsed entrance) full of zombies. i remember hacking left and right with a pick,getting frustrated with them not dying,until i found a sword and found out that they die if i slice apart their heads. from then on,it went better. at one point a particular guy came up,more like a mummy (i don't remember exactly), who instead of a mouth had just a round hole with needle teeth,making sucking and stertorous noises. i got fucking scared because i realized that once this guy reaches me,he's gonna suck out my soul and leave me an empty shell. i think at that point i woke up.
funny thing,one week later,i had the same dream,and i remembered that i needed a sword to kill the zombies,but of course i couldn't find one. so i was getting even more frustrated while hacking at the zombies with the pick again. this time the soulsucker didn't turn up,but instead a woman with her child was trapped on a cliff inside this mine (huge cave). i ran up to them,or,moreso, slid upwards to them,and started defending them against zombies,again. at this point i got so frustrated and burnt out from all the hacking that i said,in my dream, "this is stupid,i wanna wake up.", and woke up.

and one other that involved zombies,again similar with all the hacking and slashing (i think i had a sword this time), was in a big garage with trucks standing around. the one thing that really shocked me this time was that,at one point, a zombie with only half his face there came up to me,first bit me while i was furiously slashing at him without noticeable effect,and then,all of a sudden, pulled out a gun,said something like "you ready to die boy" (in a deep male voice) and shot me full front through the face. i think i could suddenly see from the insides of my brain through my empty eyesocket with green colours dancing everywhere while he started to laugh. i was really upset and totally shocked that he had just shot me,just like that,without warning or anything else. woke up then.

Last night, I dreamed I lived in a crappy old village, with olden style log buildings - kinda rickety looking - Tim Burtonesque, and there was a pack of wolves that were killing villagers left and right, even to the point of tearing down buildings. I remember walking through the ruins of a neighbor's house. Possibly they even blew stuff up, but I don't really remember, and just watching the A-Team film has kinda clouded my memory.

Mostly what I remember is running from the wolves, carrying just a flashlight and a machete (don't ask), I get to the house, and lock the door, to warn my wife, and there's babies everywhere on her bed. I think we had an argument along the lines of, "Honey, get the kids we need to get out of here, board up that window!" And she's like, "Quit yelling and take care of your children. I need a shower." Something like that.

I dreamt i was sitting at a table and there is a dish of fat black spiders
on top of some leafy vegetables. I picked them up and ate them one by one.
Surprisingly they tasted mildly sweet and chewy.
Then i saw a fat jar of large red spiders roaming around in it.
"I said whats this for?"
A man with no face sitting across from me replied
"Eat it, it will make you think better"

I can’t recall last night but I will try to recite some older dreams. I will change the “I” in the scene’s to another person perspective to make it more readable/enjoyable(Experimentations in writing)

…frustrated and angry, Donnard stares at the wall of the ship: “Star ship,.. Bring her out from the vesicle!”. Starship:”Donnard, you really shouldn’t, you know the master won’t approve”. Robotic arms extend from the ship ceiling and dip’s into a incandescent green tube/tub and pulls out a naked female body, turning ger genitals towards Dionard’s attention as if fully aware of Dionard’s request. Donnard: “ what the..?” The female’s genitals resemble a closed eye.

Another one:

…Pueblo get’s lead into a room where the voodoo priest is sitting listening to an old battery powered radio smoking a cigarette, Pueblo rant’s at something with excitement:” How do I return, How do I get back,.. Things keep changing when I try….”, Pueblo’s sight turn’s white as the scene and the voodoo priest’s silent expression returns. The Priest signals Pueblo to remain quiet and calm down.. He calmly then pushes’ a button on his radio and no longer pay any more attention to Pueblo

The white haired woman pulls Pueblo by the arm into another room, It’s a kitchen. Standing in the mouth of the room the woman exclaimed: “We can do anything you want to”. Pueblo dart’s into the kitchen excitedly where another white haired woman similarly clothed with white top and silver grey tight pant’s is taking a few gulps of milk from a milk carton. Pueblo without hesitation pulls down her pants and studies her perfect behind, the triangle shape her tailbone makes as it joins her buttocks and the fine golden hairs that covers it. Pueblo then finds himself with the female that lead him to the kitchen and they are trying to perform some sexual act but Pueblo notice that his sexual organs does not work or it is as if they are not there. “We can even do it again if you want” Her voice exclaims. Pueblo finds himself at the beginning of the scene all over again right as the other woman is about to take her first sip of milk.

She pulls at his arm again, leading him to a room down the hallway. She looks at him with an expecting look. “We can do anything”. Pueblo notice something about her is different, her face and hair seems to be stylised, and it’s as if her hair has assumed different fixtures that looks like ropes of brightly coloured sticks of jelly liquorice candy. She looks a little disappointed at Pueblo’s lack of reaction, Pueblo is dumb struck. She senses that something’s about to happen and pulls Pueblo to yet another room… She hands him a device with an LCD screen. “This is your number, Use it to return here”….

Another one:

..Sitting in a presentation in an office environment, a skinny male 45ish short and stubby character dressed in leather is sitting to the right of Lenny: ”You need a fix” the man replies after scanning Lenny’s condition. Lenny not having an idea as to what is going on senses a female sitting to his right, it feels as if the man and the female to Lenny’s right is having a secret connection and is giving each other eye signals. Lenny is overtaken by jealousy, an emotion he is so accustomed to when it comes to his wife. He always tries to hide and dismiss these types of emotions but for some reason and because of Lenny’s head space being muffled has interpreting this woman to be his wife. His anger and distrust builds for the man that still looks so calm, friendly and beneficial. The woman to his right put’s a magazine in front of him, It’s a picture of a female dressed in human leather, a human skin cat suit, the texture of the page has been altered to have a sandpaper feel. Suddenly it’s as if something is licking Lenny’s eye. Still not to keen on looking at her but Lenny seems to sense a vague impression of a woman in leather to his right.

Either being romanced or taunted by a poltergeist. It rattled the windows and made a huge black stain like oil appear in the corner of the room along with this hissing noise before deciding to haunt my laptop, putting the volume on full and playing 'You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'' by the Righteous Brothers (which was, and still is, absolutely terrifying). Not one to be daunted by a mild bit of paranormal activity I just re-adjusted the volume in a sort of bemused way, but it became louder to a painful level that caused the house to shake. I tried to escape to my parents' room where it then levitated a statue of Mickey Mouse dressed as the sorcerer's apprentice in Fantasia, making it spin in the middle of the room before smashing it into the wall above my head.

This wasn't last night, sorry. It's just the most notable dream from recent weeks - aside from the one the other night where I was in a car crash with Cheryl Cole who had refused to let me wear a seat belt because she's a bitch.

Okay, I just woke up from another thrilling dream. I hope you enjoy reading about it and agree with me about the dream's awesomeness.

Firstly, if you've read The Book of the New Sun, you will know the general feel and flavor of my dream. I dreamed that I was on a dizzyingly complex, very well-written adventure. I also dreamed that I was near the end of the third book of the adventure, and even though I was actually in the adventure and experiencing it, I was also thinking to myself that I would need to re-read it later and take notes, because it was so complicated. So, I was both the reader and the active participant in the adventure. In this story, I, being the protagonist, had had several different love interests, most of whom had either died or betrayed me (or both!). I don't remember the specifics of the plot, but I do remember that my current love interest was planning to betray me.

Enter two more characters. One is the villain of the story, with whom I had contended with several times before. I don't know or remember much about this character, but he was epically, unbeatably skilled with the sword. The other character is a more mysterious background character, almost more a part of this world's folklore than an active participant in the story. This other character, who I'd only heard of in stories and never encountered myself, is basically cursed to be death incarnate, wandering the Earth causing suffering wherever he goes, unable to die.

My love interest was colluding with the villain to betray me, and had been lovers with the cursed guy long ago, perhaps before he was cursed. I've forgotten most of the plot, but basically this is what happens. My love interest dies, and the cursed man is heartbroken. He carries her body out into a field and lays her gently on the grass, and then attempts to commit suicide by stabbing himself in the stomach (seppuku). As he is doing so, the villain sneaks up behind him with his sword, apparently getting ready to kill him. As the villain swings his sword for the killing blow, the cursed man suddenly unsheathes his own sword and easily parries the blow. What follows is quite simply the most awesome and epic sword battle ever. Even though the villain has been presented in the story as being almost unbelievably skilled with the sword, the cursed man is more than a match for him, even though he just sliced himself open in an attempt at suicide, and has several opportunities to kill him, which he mysteriously does not take. I started waking up and the dream faded away before the battle was resolved, so I don't know what the outcome was.

This sword battle might not seem so awesome to you just reading about it, but in the dream there was a sense of three books worth of anticipation and tension leading up to this event, so it had much more significance and weight than probably comes across in my description. It had sort of the same feeling as the duel between Yoda and Palpatine in Episode III; the two most powerful badasses in the story finally duking it out.

Some alien prince was stuck on earth, so transforming and invisible aliens came invading to rescue him, and war broke out, they tried to hide among us... but they weren't that good at transforming into humans to begin, so there were giant Partly invisable Gingerbread people attacking, anyways, that didn't go too well for them, so then they start transforming into Monsters, Spiders, and other stuff for war HUH!..So anyways, this alien gets it right and transforms into a hot alien chick, and gets close to me to eventually assassinate me; because I'm some highspeed Soldier kicking some alien ass, So in the end the alien that transformed into hot human woman falls in love with me, and when the aliens had to leave again, She confesses all and her love to me, then we do it,and than she returns to her space ship. The End.

In my most recent dream I was a dragonrider (lol) although it was more like a team video game including some high-tech headsets. The dragons were real though, and bonded to their riders. There were some secretive middle-aged people in charge of putting together the best dragonrider fighting team possible. They had 12 riders to start with and repeatedly the least skilled player got 'voted off the island' until there were only 5, one for each position on the team. The rejects made an informal backup team, and the real team used them to practice against, but the in-charge people didn't give a crap about them and gave them no support or equipment. Of course I was one of the best. My position was called 'controller'. What I was doing withing the game sort of reminded me of playing missile command.

Then the in-charge people sat the team down and said okay, now we're going to tell you a secret. And they explained about the war we were going to fight, and it was something totally unethical! So I walked out. Gave up my honored position and went to the reject team. They thought I was there to taunt them, but I said no, I was off the real team. Told them all what the in-charge people had told me, and said I loved the game but there was no way I was going to be a part of something unethical like that. I was wondering whether the in-charge people would call in the controller of the backup team to replace me, or let everyone on the team compete to see who was the best controller. I thought the backups hated feeling like rejects and would want to be on the team even if they had to do unethical stuff. Then I woke up.

A couple nights ago I dreamed I was a tourist in Zadar, a little town on the sea in Croatia. This was after a student talked about going there, I've never been there. He said it was alot like Venice, minus the gondalas and canals. So I went through the central streets with my wife, but we didn't have money for the restaurants, so we just went to a little grocery store to see what local treats we could afford. We still got to see everything. I'd like to go there and compare the dream to the reality.

Some scientists (in a garden shed) found these new organisms that dissolved living things. They got into a playground and I watched this kid on a see-saw dissolve with every bounce to nothing. Trying to stop the other kids touching and getting infected was nigh impossible. I forgot most of the rest. Funny, it wasn't scary at all.

I was walking around a town full of dead people, with bullet holes and gouges and other horrendous, fatal wounds. They were all petrified in a living position. Standing, reading, eating - but all dead. And one old woman walked around the town, acting like everything was normal, keeping me in the corner of her eye.

I also often dream of fighting people, which is amusing - my shift in self confidence and esteem from 0 to awesome over the years has dictated the outcome - I always used to be overpowered and harmed in my dreams. Now I am sometimes the flawless victor.

How on earth does one gain self-confidence over time? Everyone I know has lost self-confidence as they have their idealism and youthful self-centeredness shattered and find out how craptastic the world really is.

i had a dream where i was fighting a giant teddy bear. a giant magenta pink teddy bear, it was smooth, not fluffy. it was so ginnourmous it was never seen in its entirety. it was chasing me through a city at dusk/ sundown. My flight powers allowed me to stay ahead of it a little, but i had to dodge falling debris from all the skyscrapers it was destroying to get to me.

It could fire glowing pink tentacles that i think must have beenlike the mano war jellyfish, except itnstead of stinging you, it unleashed mind control spores into your system.

I had to retreat to the moon to escape it.

I had a dream where me and a girl were walking around town. We were laughing, and she reached out and grabbed my hand. I was excited of course, but in my heart I knew it was not meant to be. But that moment was so great that I went along with it. Aaaaand then she made me sleep in a bug zoo maze for 6 days. Be warned, fellas!

So, I had a vampire dream last night. The last one of those I remember having was in my teens and it was sort of a lost boys/vampire hunter plot. Last night I was a vampire

And in a college dorm full of them. I was the only one who didn't want to hurt people, and I couldn't let it show, or the other's might turn on me. I wasn't sure which dorm mates were and weren't vamps, who to protect, etc. Then, at some point we were out at night, the vamps had led me to some party where unsuspecting people would be eaten. And in the forest along the way, there's my wife and son! And all of a sudden I'm fighting off all these vamps to get them away from my family. And then the alarm rang.

I had an honest-to-gosh nightmare last night. It was one of my first in quite a long while.

The setup was somewhat like a Guillermo del Torro movie. I was a young boy, living at an orphanage. I shared a room with one other boy. The general feel was somewhat old-timey. There was a large french door type of window with heavy curtains in front of it. Both myself and the others boys had a history of catching glimpses of strange things outside that window. The place was definitely haunted.

I can only remember this one climactic instant in my dream last night. I woke up in the middle of the night. The window was slightly open and the curtains were wavering slightly in the breeze. For some reason I got up to look out the window, and I saw the silhouette of a figure approaching through the mist and trees outside. Scared, I tightly closed the window and shut the curtains. However, that was not enough. The curtains blew open and the figure pushed the window open. She was female, and basically a skeleton with a thin, mummy-like layer of dry skin stretched over it. She was a ghostly yellowish white, and wore a flowing gown of the same color, and she glowed very brightly. In the background storyline of the dream I recognized that this spirit was the mastermind of all the strange and ominous things that had been happening at the orphanage. As the spirit slowly opened the windows and made to enter the room, I was screaming and frantically kicking my roommate's bed, trying in vain to wake him up. He didn't wake up. I did, though. I think that while I was screaming in the dream I was actually making a hoarse sound in my throat in real life, since that's the noise my screams were making in the dream.

Scary, but wonderfully moody.

I recently had a dream where i was back in high school and walked passed all my friends who where trying to talk to me. For some reason i was ignoring them all and wanted to find a specific friend that haven't talked in ages. When i finally find him and turn him around i wake up to the sound of my alarm, i go to turn it off (was getting louder and louder almost defining) and as i turn it off I really wake up noticing that i had a dream within a dream? so i go and turn off the alarm..... again i guess
