this is like the first digital painting i've ever finished. I'm not the most comfortable of digital painters. but hopefully time and maybe effort may change that.

your first digital picture is good...!
you have to work on the blending techniques.
keep it up!![]()
The next image i did when i was 19 (or was i 18?) - and they where to get myself on to the games art and design course i am currently on.
Dropped this particular drawing style soon after.

these are some some studies of models.
they are very quick- so they lack some features- and limbs.

How hasn't this got more replies? Some awesome stuff in here
Some very slick pencil work, I love your lines and the hatching. I think this is my favourite, just cuz of how much energy the red gives it; and this looks really interesting; it's a shame you gave this way of working up.
Looking forward to seeing what else you come up with~
thanks dominode for the kind comments. It's not been up long and i'm struggling with ideas at the moment, so im just drawing things to keep myself in the flow.
hopefully i will get some better pieces up one day- but intill then i'm trying to improve my observation.
i do still love line but for a long time i neglected tone - so in learning to develop form with tone i almost fell out with line. I might try some line drawings when i get the time.
observation from an old guitar magazine. got a bit fed up with this and rushed. so its a bit rough around the edges.

been away from drawing the same old shit in atempt to learn colours, and photoshop- been watching people paint and reading up on theory.
Trying to put it into practice with this piece. This has taken me forever to get this far, probebly like 5 hours to get this far, it's not from observation which doesn't help.
African woman sketch & a pannel from my uni work

i loved the guy covering his face .. and the dog painting.. lovely work.. if i can give any advice.. try to add another layer of details.. sometimes its boring to keep working on a painting for long time.. but its like a golden rule.. the more detail u add.. the more perfect it will look.. even a line of highlight .. or small area of cast shadow will change the look dramatically....
good luck mate.and keep on posting![]()
i love to do everything and learn everything... i hate to be cornered in one place.. i believe u can be anything u want... Your mind is limitless... check out my sketchbook ... u will find a bit of everything
