You have a quite interesting visual style,I love the devil sketches!The rendering is good too,it needs a bit more polis but way better than mine!I will check back later and see how that last sketch turns out!

Hey, thanks for the comments on my sketchbook. I really dig all of your concepts. The devils especially give off a very fable/fairytale-like feel. I wish to see some final work (which seems to be on its way)

interesting variation on your creatures. try thinking about a more directional lighting like a thing i do (and im not pro or anything) is just paint a big white dot where you want the lighting to be and itll help your mind think of where the shapes that catch the light is.

keep posting that last dragon is looking good so far

Hi bubumo,
Nice work on the devil and dragon concepts, in the first post. In the second to last post, the figure seems a bit out of proportion. The head is pretty large for the body. The figure doesn't seem to be near seven and a half, to eight heads tall. His hands should be roughly the size of the face, and they look a lot smaller than that to me. Also the foreshortening of the figure's left arm seems to be wrong, or appears a little awkward. The feet don't seem to have as much attention paid to them, as the other features do, and they to seem a bit on the small side.
The hands and feet of the horse-figure in the last post seem small also.
There is some really good work in here, so keep it up!

I think its coming along, nicely..The hands and feet look better. Don't get too involved with fixing every aspect that's wrong on one piece. Just attempt it again, keeping the stuff you need to work on in mind. It's important sometimes, to move on to the next one. The next sketch you'll probably get closer, but you won't solve all of your issues on one piece. That's why we have sketchbook threads! Keep it up!
