Got a warning message about spamming the site

It sounds a bit cheesy so I am not sure what is wrong or if this message in itself is some sort of spam.
Looking at his profile, this person joined this month and has 0 posts alltogether.

I barely visit here and have made one post in the last couple of months.
Can someone please let me know what is happening and what I did wrong.
I had this account for many years and never had any problems.

I am just curios as to what is wrong and if anything is, how can I fix it.

Anything that tells you to go to a site is spam. Especially anything this stupid. I got the same one but on the upside, it did make me laugh.
