your pencils kick ass bro!! loving your lines, and your your smooth transitions in values. but i agree with whoever up there said you could probably go darker, render em out a bit more, but then again im just getting picky.

heya, good critiques you guys. Its kept me busy for awhile and helped me work on some weak areas for that I love you!!! I will stop by and see if I can give some crits back.

J-P, MarcSampson, Ludic, Emil_, Delmar, Ramalooke: thank you guys so much for commenting!! Been working my tail off so its good to hear that its paying off some... even though sometimes I feel like the same level as when I started.

Mischeviouslittleelf - your stuff is amazing. Thank you for the critique, it has made me start pushing for some more full range of values.

NickyBeats - for sure, thanks man. More fully rendered stuff incoming!

S3CTR4 - love to sketch with you on mondays, so long as the hw load isnt too horrible for us. That would be sick! Ill call you monday if you dont call me.

Sublimus - you should man lol. I am the opposite though I need more PS time.

Mitze- yeah you should, tis' fun. Thanks for visiting me!

here is some crap I been working on... theres more but I wont post lol. I will be doing some photoshop work starting today I promise!!! Thanks for visiting.

anyone know how to say what each of these images is above the image? I cant show if its reffed or non reffed or what... They all just post one on top of the other. confused lol.

Man the study of the knight is pretty damn intense.

I see you got out a PS study, don't be scared to jump into some colour as well after all those pencils.

Also with the latest girls you drew a little critique generally women have more pronounced cheek bones and their nose bridges dont normally lay so high (ideal anyway) however I'm only learning myself now to draw girls well, so take it with a grain of salt.

Keep it up man its always nice to drop by your sketchbook.

    Currently looking for work!

Hoh I see some pretty intense studies here. Good, good There's some issues with the knight. It looks correctly drawn, anatomy and perspective is ok. But he looks a bit flat. Well yeah you convinced form quite nicely but still i can't see space between his arm and torso. I think this is because to small value range you used. There's also no focal point, I don't know where I should look first. But still this is very good sketch, I'm sure that it could be great drawing if you decide to refine it more. Anyway nice update. Cheers.

The sargent copy is very good. the quick sketches pretty decent I think the only way to get good, elegant quick sketches is probably just years of exp.

xxshadowedsoulxx - yeah for sure, cant wait till I get done with school so I can just build the xp everyday rather than waste my time learning some of the crap they teach.

    Thanks for the comments!
