One thing I'd keep working on is the use of various types of pencils to create different types of lines. For now everything seems to be quite generic as if done with one type of pencil and I'd reckon you could do with a bit more variation. As for you figures themselves I'd still strongly recommend drawing figures from life. Making fantasy characters is all good fun but if you really want to improve you have to make the basics first. Getting a good base is crucial for further improvement. Try to work on your drawing hand by making observational drawings, things in your room etc, and improve figure drawings by drawing figures from real life (or posemaniacs if you dont have a model)
Looking great. Keep posting man!
You are a much better artists than i was at age 16 thats for sure! And your 3d work is very promising too.
Id repeat what others have said, just work on your anatomy so that your imaginative work gets stronger.
Something i wish i did more is this: if you are drawing a character from imagination, and you need a little help getting part of the anatomy right, just look at some reference for that part of the body. It cant hurt and it will strengthen your work.
Looking good, super fast improvements Brahim! I really like the robot you did and how you compared it with the one from 2009, you see your improving like I do? Just keep drawingThere is sooooo much potential in your work!
nice drawings...love the cartoonish feel u have added to ur characters. anatomy studies are doing good for u, keep practicing.

I like the last drawing .. even if it's freak ($_$)
Hey! Nice stuff you've got here! I like that you play with facial characteristics, it makes your faces interesting. You are good with values and shadows and your z-brush stuff are amazing! Keep studying anatomy, waiting to see more good work!
Hey Brahimpag, these are some pretty good studies you have. On that last page there are some pretty nice drawings that you did without reference. Way to go on those. You ought to do some more drawings like the ones in your posts 43 and 52, they will probably be a good opportunity to learn more about the figure.
Hi, thanks for visiting my sketchbook...
Really nice SB.
I couldn't resist to reply in Star Wars tradition...

Awesome sketches, keep 'em coming! For a crit, your proportions are a bit wonky right now, so try to focus on getting your figure laid out with correct proportions early on in the drawing. Specifically, the first figure and the last figure (the blue guy, no the troll) in your last post have small heads compared to their torsos (though in the last guy, the torso is too large compared to the head and arms). Their forearms also seem a tad short. Try to get some hand studies in when you have a chance as well. Keep up the good work!![]()
