First ideas about colors and mood. I tried to combine two earlier concepts into one. My gunslinger would use his magic power to steer the steam mechanical hands with guns... But i'm not sure about a lot of things here, so i gues there could be still many changes...

bright sun, and that good old fashioned Clint Eastwood squint
I've got the direction I want, but I think that blue is a little off.
Too saturated, perhaps?

The magic is going to be in her ammo more than anything, and

need to fix his stance, mainly his arm seems weird, but his right leg i think has something strange as well

I'm almost getting to that point where I cant push it further into the realm where it starts looking good. I always end up here, I look at WIPS from the pros and this would be like..their 2nd WIP maybe, but I always have a hard time refining it...

I'm digging the green circuit looking magic gun augmentation though. Was thinking maybe I'll make the green into the shape of a shotgun kind of thing, but thats my favorite part of this picture...

Any and all crits are greatly appreciated, especially tips on how to take it to the next level. I still have lots of environment work to do, though I'm not focusing on that..

Rizien- I think it would make a greater impact if she was looking at us rather than away from the camera, especially when we don't even see what she's looking at. Also, watch the tangent of the building and her wrist, the perspective needs to be fixed also. Get your line work sorted first before going into the rendering. Cheers! I hope this help, man!

Rizien - You'll still need some sort of cowboy/girl link in there, currently it could be a spy or secret agent rather than a wild west gunslinger.

Obviously it does not have to be in the wild west, but perhaps do a sci-fi take on boot spurs and cowboy hat as an example.
