Digital Paint Fumes

What are you thinking when you do these pieces?
Meaning, do you have a process or is it experimental?
I like to see that you are life drawing, and the city scapes are fantastic.

Now, to critique a bit.

Quit apologizing and talk with your work. Words are only proven by action, so continue to post and STOP apologizing!
I'm still somewhat jealous that you have been using texture brushes in your digital work, something I have yet to try..

One thing I have noticed in your latest works. You have these spots of detail that really call out to me. There are almost like strands of light in a dark cave. Work on these! I feel like they are beginning to hint at who you are as an artist, if that makes any sense..

Finished editorial, type looks gross

some acrylic, oil pastels, ballpoint, and gouache Oil pastels are awesome

Previous WIP is still being worked in small chunks, hopefully I'll get to that soon.

Thanks for looking and my best to anyone who is affected by whats going on right now in the world.

I really wish I could give more of you guys feedback, but everyone is really kicking my ass.

Here is a portrait of a...(ahem)...friend of mined. She really is just begging to be drawn. I truly enjoyed painting her, how could I not?

Thanks TomDeVis, glad you liked the colors.

Got watercolors recently, here's the first one I did. It was done on sketchbook paper. I did a couple on better quality and it seemed to work nicer. Pretty cool medium, I'll post more that I'm happy with.

Some recent sketchbook stuff. Really felt like doing some mixed media work and I think I'm going to stay on that path.

Hey there internet land...
It's apparently the summer. Time to get to work.

Almost done, needs more polishing. Wasn't to happy with this one, I don't think my heart was really in it. But it got me back into my digital groove, so to speak. The rest is the usual... I filled up about 120 pages in ten weeks which I feel pretty happy about... so new sketchbook. Here ya go.

It has been quite a long time since my last post. I am going to try and keep up as much as I can. It is nice to look back and see some growth.
My current goal is to rebuild editorial illustration portfolio, which I am in the process of doing. Thank you so much for looking it feels nice to be back on the forum.
