    Hey bro

Girly portrait is nice, just that the saturation is a bit much imho, a bit less and it could've been even nicer imho.. unless that is what you were going for, in which case it's cool. =)

Really clean work on that spacecraft.. nice work bro, have fun with your next works.

hey interesting design mate. Some time ago when i was doing mostly pencil concepts sketches for a personal project i came up with some flying vehicle but when i applied a similar boosting/moving system i question myself about the rotation that these forces will give to my ship. From the rear boosting energy it feels like the vehicle will rotate some degrees having as a pivot point the middle/down boosting system.Maybe some frontal system is recommended
    Keep up the great work!!!

    ni hao LAL!

dood u rock man, i luv the simple clean render on the spaceship in post 399, there's a lot of room to play with edges and texture on top of that first pass on that ship, hope you decide to do more in transport design!

also really like the loose black thumbs in post 371, keep up the goodness!

nice updates! spacecraft is looking good but if you want to make the texture look like shiny metal, add harder highlights. Or otherwise if you want to give it a realistic feel that people have actually used it before, make it a bit more dirty and/or rusty. Keep up the great work as always

Those poses are really good, especially if they're from the imagination. Super dynamic, I like them.

    Cool Ant as well.

hiya LAL! thanks for looking in my book, glad you liked it!

i really like your work alot! your digital work is great, though its not as consistent as your traditional work. some of it is killer, some of it needs a bit more time. but holy crap your traditional work rocks!! especially all of these pages of character poses!! great style, simple, but very effective lines. something i really need to improve on. keep working hard man!

Great works as usual The marker sketches are really nice! And the concepts are cool. Well done!
However, I notice that when you're working from imagination you have a tendency to frame things with shadows when you render them out. It's especially noticeable with the ant painting and the last zombie painting. Try to think of different directions for your light sources so that your images become more natural looking. Right now you render things as if they're lit by a camera flash, which flattens them out. Here is a little overpaint to show what I mean. I hope it helps

    Keep up the awesome work!

Nice update! But you've stiffened the pose a bit compared to sketch you posted before.
By shortening the body and the legs you made the figure look a bit off. Other than that- really nice work on the rendering. The details on the skin are great!
Look forward to your next update!

    suhweet render bro!

but i agree with windmaker in that the initial energy of the rough sketch has tightened up a bit, but i'm sure u'll throw some more of that killer dynamic gestural work you do to fix! sometimes it can help to do a new layer and drop the opacity down on the rendered one and re-draw the gesture to get some more of that initial energy the original rough sketch had.

    Keep up the goodness!
