Looking for Talented Concept Artist!
Seamless Entertainment, Inc. (SEI) is looking for conceptual artist for contract work who can follow a very exacting style, dictated by a licensor provided style guide. Illustrations would serve as concepts for a game title that contains a large collection of children’s mini-games. Artists would mock-up what a given mini-game will look like based off both the provided style guide and a game design document.
Requirements:
1. Solid illustrative skills.
2. Ability to work within the required licensor style.
3. Experience with Photoshop or Illustrator or traditional media.
4. Preference for at least 1 year of experience creating concepts for games, although it is not required.
5. Ability to submit work over the internet and FTP sites.
Special Notes:
If you are already in the Austin, TX area and are interested, this contract position could be considered for a temporary internal position instead.
Rates are to be negotiated and artists should submit their rates.
This is a fast paced project with short deadlines.

Black Lantern Studios History:
Black Lantern Studios is privately funded and employee owned game development company focused on handheld, PC, and next gen console work. We have developed games for the DS, PC, XBOX 360, and Wii.
Black Lantern Studios was incorporated in Springfield, MO on August 19th, 2003, with its head studio located in the downtown area. In Summer 2007 Black Lantern opened the doors of a second studio in Austin, Texas and in 2009 planted a third studio in St. Louis, MO. Currently employing over 60 employees between three studios, the company continues to steadily expand as it pursues not only more, but larger development projects.
