That color piece from your balcony is awesome! Either you live in a fantasy realm or know how to stylize colors really nicely but great ethereal feel! On the black and white painting, the face looks great but on the body, some reference could be good. The torso looks a bit formless and the raised arm weirdly twisted. I really like the weird shapes on the background, they make the forest look vast and interesting.
very nice sketchbook, huge amount of work
I love your paintings, they are awesome
I will keep an eye around
trying to do something at google sketchup
Hmm, I really dig your studies, but I think you need to work on your personal stuff a bit more. The lighting is really nice, but there is something wrong with the anatomy or proportions of your characters. Take a look into this. For example, It may be only me, though, the night elfs body seems to be slightly too elongated and her hips to thin. I'm not sure just have someone more competent than me to check this out. Good luck
P.S.
I really like your faces.

photostudy and rest are photo taken at museum i went last week. first 3 pieces belong to Osman Hamdi i dont know other one.
smiling face practice
The oil studies on post 188 look awesome! Don't be unhappy you have to do them, what you learn with in traditional mediums helps your digital work a lot and unfortunately it doesn't work so much the other way around. Bridgman studies and faces are looking good too, and nice details on that Sketchup model!
abi dijitale baya sardırmışsıngüzel görmemiştim bunları
Hey man, you've got some good stuff in your sketchbook. The eye detail in the last update looks great. However, do remember that in a full character, it's difficult or nigh impossible to see the eye in such detail, so it's usually better to work on the image as a whole. I'm not trying to take away from the hard work you've put in the last image, just attempting to help you in whatever way I can.
Keep up the good work.
