That first portrait is very good, although it looks like it gets skewed below the nose. Things a little out of line. Keep up with the studies too. Good Luck.
hey a good start. You might want to tweak your drawing a bit to get the pencil marks darker. Post some more, man. Keep it up.
thx for the answers!
i'm now more into digital painting.

I actually like the way u present the mouth and eyes in the painting of the yellow face. its very tangable feeling. nice. u need to workd on creating a 3dimentiality for the rest of the face.![]()

Hey morbei, your stuff is looking good.
Sometimes when you draw you can take more time building a structure or lay in some basic lines to establish the shape of the head or whatever you're drawing, then work your way up taking some time to see what is in front of what. Then start to shade, following the forms. It takes time to get things right. but in the end it's rewarding.
Keep it up.
Cheers-
@Diego: THX for the tips - they're very helpful!!

The last one looks really good. Is is from ref?
And yes, the buddha-thing is ugly, but I wouldn´t let it unfinished, because the rendering might come out fine.
i'm not too fond of the yellow because it's too intensive, but the face itself is fine. like that screaming one aswell. keep it up.
