HGCALLARD-I'd use liquify to squash/stretch some of the angles on the dinosaur, to make it look more dynamic and "sexy".. what I mean is,that with dinos, you tend to see a lot of 'S'curves, and emphasizing these -almost as if you were designing a pinup (!),you tend to get this sleek, dynamic design that I think is more appealing.
Compositionally, there is nothing connecting the eye of the viewer from the top right corner, back to the dinosaur- to keep the eye moving around the composition, I'd suggest having a streak of electricity coming from the "eye of the storm" in the top right to the dinosaur... as though it were activating him, it almost seems implied that this is so already. I'd say that would also give you a chance to add some dramatic lighting effects. good job so far!
