Great stuff Kambei! I really like the style you used for the monkey rendering in #3. You should definitely post more of those.

Also love the wip in #16. Looking foward to seeing her finished! Those tattoos seem like it's gonna be a pain to colour

Very cool and professional looking art. Good job!
I dig the last piece. Great values. Is there any matte involved, or do you just have awesome brushes and talent?

Hey, thanks for stopping by my sb! Incredible work you're doing here, even more so since you've only been painting digital for a year. I can tell you've got some solid traditional grounding with your brush work and color theory. I've got a lot to learn!

    Can't wait to see more!

Please post more! But from what you have presented I would recommend doing quicker studies. Going into sick detail right on is one of methods but it is very time-consuming... Nice brushes you have! The spaceship in last picture looks pasted a little, but overall painting is great!

Angry Filipino: thank you sir, will be posting more ladies soon.
    RedHawk/Chr Steam:Thanks.
Spark Zero: Retarded stuff on the way!
Arozi: Yeah ive been meaning to post more doodles & looser sketchbook work but i dont currently have a working scanner. (I still tend to do most of my studies etc.. in pen and ink)

Ok another drawing.. this is a study from a bronze. I'm actually a working on a full colour sci-fi piece based on the same image.

This is not quite finished but i thought i would post it anyway. Dont want to get too tight with this and lose some of the nice accidental strokes. Its hard to know when to stop though as i have a habit of getting too stuck into the details.

Thank you for stopping by my SB. Great work here!. If I squint my eyes and look at the image with the road sign it looks like a photograph! Great and accurate use of colors on that image.

Is the last image using traditional media? It looks good but her right arm looks a bit flat.

    Keep posting, Cheers!

nice work! Your work has a nice subtlity (is that a correct word?) about it. I think your work could improve by adding more contrast(adding darks more). this way your work has more impact on first impression.

Hav'nt posted in a while but several pieces on the go.
Will post some concept sketches i have been working on the next few days.

I started this Pan/Faun concept in pen and ink several years ago(inspired by an Arthur Rackham drawing) Anyways ive recently gone back to it and decided to finish it in photoshop/painter.

This is still a WIP but i'm pretty pleased with how its turning out.

These last two look really nice. I like the expression the model's face here. It directs your attention away from the nude aspect. The ink/paint drawing is working as well although I noticed it seems a bit cut and paste after a few views. The duality between these two viewing experiences is something you might work out to your benefit. One being initially an indirection the other a gradual deflection.
