Try to observe your studies and put some more detail in there, you're getting the gist with your sketches but they look sort of empty. Look more closely. Some indepth perspective and anatomy knowledge might fill out your work more too. Digitals aren't that bad really. Don't get me wrong here, you've got the stuff it takes but you'll have to fill in the blanks in your visual grammar and vocabulary. Keep it up!

I had a similar thought. You've got a great pile of figure drawing here, and some of it is really lovely. Your most recent gestures have a great life to them. The next step would be to diversify your studies.

Try drawing the thing you hate the most- for me it was cars and locations. I never realized how much perspective would bring to my figure drawing, until I forced myself to do a pile of location studies. It's much easier for me to pose a figure now that my perspective is a bit stronger.
