Well, I'm trying pretty hard to avoid hard core suckage. I hope you've enjoyed your stay.

This morning, on the Ten of Cups, I gave guys faces and did some things to make a blond woman's head more obvious. Then I did clean up work on approximately the leftmost three and a half characters. I can probably finish this one this evening and then have three days to do the Ace of Wands before I have to drive to Arizona.

@ JP and Ilaekae: It looks like I'll be done in a couple of days. If you need help with one let me know ASAP. I haven't been to Arizona to check up on my deadbeat brother in five weeks. He's supposed to be moving out of my house, but surely will not do so unless I am there regularly insisting that he do so. Therefore I must go there soon. If that is a hassle because of last minute group formatting requirements brought up by Daestwen I could probably stick around in the weekend and go there early next week. That would mean I don't get my Pasadena paycheck until two or three days late. Still, that's just the way of things. I can't really wait until the following weekend because I will probably want to prepare that weekend for a two day trip to Texarkana I have to do Feb. 8, 9 to do a tech. tutorial/Markman hearing in a patent infringement case I am defending there. Anyway, blah blah blah, update:

I've started my final art now that the hassle of the last two POWs is somewhat under control, and I should make it easily. Like what you did with the "ladies" arttorney. Mine are going to be a slight bit more "graphic" out of necessity because of the idiotic amount of info I have to squeeze in, but the border and such will match yours. Thanks for the border work.

Aces are seed cards - beginnings

The Ace of Wands is a symbol of possibility in the area of creativity, excitement, adventure, courage and personal power. The Wands represent fire (they are the 'life' cards), the spark of creation. Whether it be a new idea or a newly realized goal, or a new way to achieve success ... the wands represent the beginning of something new. A seed has been planted and now you have to nurture it.

Yeah. I was going to try to make it like he was stepping out of the cloud and handing the staff to the querent, but it currently looks more like he is losing a wrestling match with a telephone pole. I guess I should try to find a way to work in some fire. Maybe I can key off the creativity and make it be a pencil he is handing out, or he touches the pencil to the ground and right there a little tree starts to grow.

I worked in dabs of the four suit colors to the card back idea. Of course the big file doesn't have our names on it.
