    Angel...

Just a doodle in my new 8 inch sketch book.

"They were born, they grew up in the gutters, they went to work at twelve, they passed through a brief blossoming period of beauty and sexual desire, they married at twenty, they were middle-aged at thirty, they died, for the most part, at sixty. Heavy physical work, the care of home and children, petty quarrels with neighbors, films, football, beer, and, above all, gambling filled up the horizon of their minds."

The anatomy of the left arm (his right) and the chest look good, but the right arm (his left) doesn't fit right, and the shading of the hair is too flat. The sketch does show alot of promise though. Give it some more work and post an update.

Okay, I'll rework it. Just a sec...

By the way, if his right arm looks funny, there's a reason. You can't see it because I didn't have room to draw it, but the arm is twstied out with the hand twisted in. He's got his forearm flexed, but not his bicep. I did it in the mirror to check. Plus its in the photgraph like that.
