Those are some wicked sketches! I expect you get this all the time, but they remind me a lot of Giger's stuff. Which is obviously great

Stew9 - Thank you very much! I am glad you like the enviro's it's definitely something i'm trying to work on.

Dr poPcoRN - Thank you for the kind words. I do try to throw some imagination into my more "artsy" sketches. Its just whatever flows out of my mind.

PepeDN - Thank you! Very glad you like it It is one of my favorites.

RBeek - Thank you! I will definitely keep working on some more pieces like the first two!

Royzy - Thank you! Yes, Giger is one of my favorite artists. I do get quite a bit of inspiration from his work.

Here are a few more images for your viewing pleasure, and hope you enjoy them.

I really like the flow of your sketches, they are quite highly detailed but aren't too stiff or rigid in style and stand out amongst a crowd of other sketchbooks, very interesting

Hunin - Thank you! I regard that as an excellent compliment. I try to separate my work a little and try to find my own voice with what i create.

Here is the piece i'm working on for the Environment of the Week number 145.

    Enjoy!

Great work here man, really very well done. Your first 3 remind me a little of H.R.Giger, they seem to have a horror undertone, at least that's what I get from them. Really hope to see more from you, love them.

Really nice stuff, Especially like the drawings at the top! I think the paintings could look more solid if the shadows were not completely black. Shadow defines the form and shadow is darkness. However everything the light touches becomes a secondary source of light bringing color and reflected light to the form and shadow. We should save the darkest part of the shadow to be close to the light, after halftone and before reflected light.

dawnusllaw - Thank you very much. Been busy lately but should have some more stuff up soon!

DonovanGonzalez - Haha, thank you. Glad that you enjoy them.

revenebo - Thank you, i'm very much enjoying your EOW as well. I love the idea behind yours and the colors are coming along nicely. I'm glad to see you went with a less traditional approach to a dogfight.

-- Here is just a quick little tank sketch i did. Enjoy.

Hey mate. Your sketchbook is inspiring, and you're only on page 1. Hope you keep posting, you have some killer work. I really enjoy your mech type things. Im not very good at anything mechanical. I tried to draw a mech once.... The page lit on fire, on its own. After i spilled water on it.

    Keep posting!
