Hi I am Gibi.Since I don't really have the opportunity to go to school I started this sketchbook a while ago to motivate myself.
Last few months I've been really focused on drawing and studying anything related.I'm not sure what direction I will go so I'm just trying to get as all round as possible while doing what I like. Feedback and/or critique very much appreciated!

Hi there Gibi. Those are some nice character sketches. I don't feel qualified enough to comment on these characters, but I do have some advice to give on the perspective in the more building related sketches. Have you studied perspective any? Some great books on the subject are "Perspective Made Easy" by Ernest Norling and then "Successful Drawing" by Andrew Loomis.

The biggest problem seems to be that your objects are not properly related to a single horizon. I have done some paintovers which I have attached. I know these are sketches, but a certain sensibility to perspective improves one's art, in my opinion. Please ask if you have any questions about these paintovers.

Your sketches have a fantastic charm and character, something I ought to aim for more in my own work.

Nice work, look at your colors though they seem a bit saturated and dull at times. Other than that, lovely work here.

lol your sketches are incredibly awesome. the pig on the motorcycle and the guy driving it with the scarf is hillarious haha. The way its drawn is perfect. You have a few that have so much humor and style to them. Some of your later more rendered ones lose some of that simplicity i think. You should consider coloring them with watercolor or at least like color digitally. Save the line work. really diggin it all!

i wanted to show a bigger version of the earlier chickens..i'm updating these all at the same time..first i do line and colorgap corrections on all and reposition some minor things. then i'll redo the light and such..
