Here is some more drawings. Been job hunting lately so been kind of on and on with my Sketchbook. I'll get back into it.

I see... get ready i will kick your ass now ... you can draw wonderful circles, but in the end you use them as ovals -.- and you have to accept the bones of the human face especially the cheekbones and their shading. You have to try to get the view for propotions, so if you test face 2 on your last sketch with Loomis advertised propotions it's much too long (vertical), face 1 failed totally, face 2's nose/head form is ugly and face 3 got the cheekbone problem, also the nose shadow is too extreme

This is a WIP, for my E.O.W. #180. Crits and comments appreciated as I am kind of stuck on how to approach lighting and the spaceship interior. :/ More posts coming.

Progress shot of Spaceship Wreckage. Tried to vary my brush strokes from soft to Hard and Lost edges (it's mostly on the ground), at the advice of Robert B. Thanks Rob, for the critque.

Now, back to trying to solve the 'Metal' issue. @__@

Lastly, anybody know how to fix the 'Reading Preferences' hang up on Photoshop CS3 splash page? Kind of annoying having to wait a whole minute for it to load?

Hey all, sorry for taking so long to update. >_< Must do better!

This is two assignments from Dile's 'Mentoring' session. Simple perspective practice.

Put simply, I was in another 'Art Rut' temporarily, still slightly am. I worked for a while at a minimum wage job, then recently was let go because I apparently did not meet their specifications during my training period. Needless to say, I'm pretty pissed and slightly discouraged cause now I have to go back to square one and go job hunting AGAIN!...oh well, off we go again. Hey, at least I get more time to draw and I'm going to try and take the negativity and turn it into something positive.

Sorry for the extreme lack of updates on my SB, just been stressed with work and all. I made myself a schedule just yesterday to see if I could keep up with it, so far it's been good. Gonna tweak my schedule a little more and see if I can't fit something I like. I would REALLY like to get things back on track here. The uploads here, some are fairly recent to a few days ago. Personally, I have a shit ton to catch up on and a LONG way to go since I set myself back so far.

So, here we go again and hopefully I won't keep falling on and off the grid. >

You have an amazing sketchbook ! I see you've done a large number of studies on basicly everything. I noticed you've been drawing from Gottfried Bammes' anathomy books. I found his books really helpful. I really like the way you're using colours while studying anathomy !

Here is some recently and old things that I forgot to post, it's more gestures and more recent studies. Ugh, gotta rearrange my schedule again time wise cause it ain't working. But here is some stuff for now.

I also think I might be back in the 'job' game as I have an interview to go to this week. it's just a minimum wage job but I'm glad I got something again. Hopefully everything can; even small portions, start falling into place again.
