mEgA fLeeCe RaIn-thanks. Try sketchup, it's fun and easy to learn.
Here is the final version. I still have to do the specs sheet.
Wow. Amazing. As an architecture student, I was wondering why these concept artists people keep stealing our software, especially Sketchup. Now I wonder if it isn't actually more ideal for this type of stuff. Very impressive level of detail and realism! It looks believable.
I wanted to do design retro style robot. I recently had a job designing retro style robots/vehicles and it was a ton of fun. Since I cannot show those designs yet, I wanted to do my own that I could show.
SketchUp, KeyShot, Photoshop.
thats a cool one... you should make more of these charming litle things.
my respect to you ))
I got permission to post some of the work I recently did for The TOPPS Company. These designs we're done to create a unified look for all the Martian war machines in the new comic book series. The comic book artists will use my designs as a template in the series. This was a awesome job, I didn't have to create any shiny illustrations, it was pure design.T he new series is being published by IDW. Go check it out.
The style was a mix of retro and a little bit of hi-tech thrown together.
ja cool works, like it!
wow awesome great jobss
Wow, very impressive ! I didn't know about sketchup and I'm stunned to see how powerfull it can be for design, concept, architecture... you use it so nicely, it's very inspirating !
I really would like to test it now
I have always loved the classic saucer design. The lack of detail and metallic feel always suggested a cold intelligence.
And what could be scarier than a cold superior intelligence.
SketchUp, Keyshot, Photoshop
With the announcement of J.J. Abrams directing EP. VII it got me inspired to so some SW themed designs.
These are about 3-4 hrs each.
