Working on Halloween Poster for school, need critiques

Feeling stuck on something, maybe color? but I know you will see more mistakes than me.
This place is best for advice, so I am looking forward for your critiques. The club is "manga" related at my school, but I want to lean more on realistic/manga(I know manga/anime is not a style*according to its translation*...but you know what I mean)

Yes, color will definitely help. Since this is for Halloween, and you want to go for a "spooky" look, I suggest dark shades of colors, and maybe a bit of orange here and there. What this pic really needs though is for things to be more clearly defined. I'm finding it a little difficult to identify where some things end and others begin, colors will help with this, but try to make sure it is evident in your final result. Otherwise to me it looks like it is on it's way to being a great picture. I like the subject and the feel of the piece, and I look forward to seeing the final result.
