Battle of the Sexes TDII FINAL POLL (all vote here)

We had a lot of drop outs considering that there were over 100 total participants originally signing up, but we ended up with six excellent pieces for final judging. EVERYBODY gets to vote this final time around to determine the overall best and the winning side of the Battle of the Sexes II.

    Entries are in alphabetical order...

If I'm assuming we now vote for the picture we simply like the best, regardless of how well it illustrates its given theme, will I be making the right assumption?

Actually, just to be accurate, you should vote for the best illustration that best illustrates the theme that was the original base. All six here came pretty close to that so you shouldn't have any worries...

Lots of different styles and takes and the subject - well done to all the finalists. I'm torn between fluorine and walnut, both are excellent pieces, but I've chosen walnut as i think it is a bit more complete.

For me, I was torn between Posh and Fluorine. Such different perspectives and styles. Sorry, Posh. You were both so lyrical...

It was a close one for me between fluorine and iolarnula, but I ended up going for the latter, I just love the concept too, too much. (Although I want to say that I love fluorine's very much too, since doing a class project on a movie about Indian widows, I have a special place in my heart for that topic. Love you so much for doing this picture )

Congratulations, fluorine. It was a good clean win, and I'm betting it won't be the last from you.

I'm getting together a post in between hospital and lawyer visits that I'll put up in the Finally Finished section on this Challenge, and I'll add last years as well, since I realized a couple of days ago that we never did that.
