OH I really like that background for some reason XD
very nice man, liking the feel but I think he might be a bit too stout, maybe elongating his torso would help?

Medusoid - i think it might be all of the random little things that are covering him, but i see what you mean. he looks very stiff, even for partly being robotic too haha. but ill see if i can tweak it without ruining it.

    -----------------------

just some quick colors. i like characters that have alot going on, but i think im gonna need to give him a monochrome layr on multiply or overlay just to give him something to tie all of the colors together.

Lol well I changed my cover image if you were looking for it in the SB thread. But it's the one with the green tailed person thats very roughly painted in

Im liking the face btw, nice job on the lips, they cause me so much trouble... probably why I avoid close ups on the face XD
Hope I can get my chow entry done in time

I'm digging those head sculpts, and the character colour in Post#1931 is strong, got a nice weight to it and confidence in the application of the colour.

Thanks for having a look at the latest sketches

    Yo Nicky,
Really like where Ursula is headed especially the style youve chosen for the face. The materials are looking very nice and the composition and colour scheme. Only thing that niggles me is the hands, know its not finished but their general composition doesnt seem very evil and they bend a lil awkawrd.
Was following the last Chow and I really liked your guy, I think in terms of design you actually created a very believable time assassins, maybe not the slyest as you said but I totally see him doing his thing so kudos on the design.

What's up, NickyBeats. Very awesome sb you have here. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get through it all in one sitting, but I will definitely be going back through in the next few days.

Ah yes, but where are these seven comic pages? You are holding out on us?! Lookin good. I like how you actually have a side plane on the head of the guy getting strangled and one or two others. Haha, sorry, I'm a jerk. Those head sculpts are sweet too. I really like how you did the folds around the mouth and that form diagonally between the eyes and nose.

There's something a bit better about your traditional drawings vs. your digital ones. They're a bit cleaner or something. You might try using a smaller brush and making more marks with digital?? I appreciate the hatching though. I had a class in school where all we did for the first four or five weeks was draw evenly spaced lines.

    Keep rocking.

    S Ciaffaglione - thanks man!

    ErikR - thanks!

Mr. Corlan - hey man! thanks for dropping by! and as always i appreciate the input, i definately need more time to do studies. im not trying to make excuses or anything, but i have almost no free time lately because of school. i never think ill have time to work on studies so i do goofy sketches and stuff instead. i cant wait until break because im gonna become a study machine.
