    Thank you.

Here are a few frames from a nonlinear comic I'm working on. The layout is going to be grid-based, like this :

    Name: comic_layout.png
Views: 411
Size: 70.5 KB

...and will contain two narratives; one follows the rows in the grid, the other one follows the columns and must be read right-to-left, top-to-bottom (japanese reading). This way, nine frames are shared between both the narratives. I've written the story already, there's just most of the drawing left to do.

These are the top-right frames :

Thanks to you ! I appreciate your words a lot !

There are some ideas for the fauna of my friend's in-dev game. I'm trying to shape out those silhouettes in an effective way, find a good workflow, but I'm still slow at it.

Thank you ! I really want to finish this comic, I'll try to keep on working on it in the near future (free time has become scarce because of schoolwork). Meanwhile, I've been painting a bit in grayscale. Sir Appy's lightboards inspired me quite a lot, as well as other sketchbooks I don't recall at the moment but that I'll probably link later.

I am putting this quote somewhere I will see it every day, I definitely do too much of the former.
Your sketchbook rocks, you've got awesome lines and figures and the scene/city type drawing are totally pro. Good luck with all your schoolwork!

Thanks guys. :] I'm slowing down these days.
The two last images are 3D renders depicting an imaginary luthier (guitar craftsman) workshop I did over the last three months as an introduction to 3D.

Hahaha thanks man !! It's a pleasure to have my progress followed. Lately, no time for drawing/scanning : towards the end of the school year things are accelerating at once, and I find myself without an internship and far from being ready for my jury.
Will probably head to another country after that... ? Sweden ? Canada ? Would be awesome... but getting my applications to be answered is tough. :/ I'll update asap. See you soon.

Man, I love how loose and energetic your sketching style is. It just flows. Smoooove as hell.

Cameli, phatbuddha, DirtSyndicate - thanks a lot ! I'm back with a first attempt at an self-portrait, made with three-dimensional polygon technology. I am working on a lipsync with that same head. The skull is not closed yet and it lacks ears, but the focus is on the face anyway, so.

I just ordered a decent computer so I'll be able to resume work on my ape-ish comic soon. Also, plenty of things 3D are coming !
