more one hour doodles.

to make up for missing a few days of landscape sketches, I did three at once this time for one hour.

turned out not too bad but it is teaching me a lot about brush economy

This is just sick, everywhere I turn I see sick, beautiful sick.
Your compositions are off the chain. Do you have any advice for compositions.
Also, youre gestures omg, your characters have such beautiful line. They stand on the page with weight.
These things I want from you so bad, would love any advice if you have.
I cannot crit, everything is awesome.

hey! thanks a bunch! As far as suggestions, i mean, really its practice. I do a lot of reading on some composition theory stuff, for photography and cinematography, and it helps a bunch. Of course Im still learning some though ;.;

love the boxer stuff above, it's sparklin *__*
give him some straights and jabs (oohh i recently watched hajime no ippo xD)

btw the dwarf misses a cape O__O

Ah sorry! Was it the planes part? The facial planes are what im talking about. When you start to draw things that dont appear to be from ref. you tend to lose those facings and the minor perspective on things. Like on your eye sketches, they look like they are from some kind of ref, but they dont have the same perspective that your face studies have! make sense? :p
