    the skin is looking awesome. you've really made some great texture and color there. the hair/mustache seems like it still needs work. it doesn't look as developed as the rest of the face. also I think you should clean up the eyes alittle bit because they are often the most important part of a person's face since it's the first thing you look at.

    I tweaked the moustache a little and made a few other fixes on the final pass.
