    Fabrice's Sketchbook

Well, so here this is my sketchbook if I dare. I visited this site a couple of years ago, loved what I saw but coudln't draw. so I booked myself into some life drawing and now I still can't draw but I think I've progressed so I'm happy. now I'd love if some of the amazing people here had any opinion on what I do because I do get stuck a lot and it's a long hard road. I've learn mostly everything by myself, i mean books, internet, but I didn't go to art school.
this is very exciting! Thank you
    Fabrice
PS: i've got zillions of drawings so I'll upload them a bit at a time...

Really like the flow and energy of your lines and your proportion seem to be very solid. Curious to see you do more finished pieces! Keep goin'!

Thanks Kerro, you got it right there... more finished! I seem to be stuck at doing really quick drawings.
so there, more on the to do list! here's another couple, where I guess I spent a bit more time.
Thanks for the comments, it really helps!

Don't worry, you are on the right path! Those lines are very fluid and represent the human form quite nicely.
Alot of amazing artists learned by themselves, even if you go to an academy/art college you have to work TRUCK LOADS outside of school assigments to actually improve. That's why it's not necessary to go to one, but it does give you easier access to knowledge and regular support from your teachers.
Around here you will find alot of information regarding important issues, like shadow edges, color theory, anatomy, etc., just look in the various sections and you will not be dissapointed!
Keep up the good work and never give up!
    Any questions just pm.
