Sexy.....might be nice to blend the proportions of the minotaurs in the last image of your 1st sketches with the awesome tribalness of the top one in this post (I like the big bellies). Will get some more sketches up a little later

Niice dude...love how he's going. Maybe a mix of all 3(the feathers I really dig and the horns from one, and the head-dress sidy bits and the arm-armour from the second, and the skull to top off the arm armour from three.

I did a couple of dwarfs.

Ahoy dudes! Looking good so far! Dave that last little critter on the left - the dwarf... he has bags of personality in his face... all of your sketches do.. would be interesting to see how you'd tackle good and evil as atm there's not much in the way of distinction (if there was any intended, my apologies if not).

Awesome thumbs so far Stu, your balance of simple and detailed ares is really nice is all of these, and I really like the propotions.Only issue I've got with these guys so far is their lack of human-like character. They feel atm more like variations on a race, rather than individuals, but you might be aiming on working character into it once your design's worked out. Might be nice to give him a little snippet of backstory. Loved the kinda undead cow idea you had early on too for the evil version, you should definitely go with that.

Hi Sam, cheers for the comment. I hope to sort his 'human' qualities out in the final image. As for the Undead one that's definitely a way i'd like to go.

Cakeypigdog - Cheers, your comments are always welcome

    Mark Tarrisse - thanks

    Jozulus - Thanks a lot

    more to come tonight.

zephyri: Thanks...and your right, at the mo I'm mainly doodling designs , though I guess the conquistadors would be the bad guys in my mind-will sort that out when I get to my finals.

I'm a little unsure about the whole good/evil thing...do you know if we have to keep almost the exactly the same character, but evil them up for the bad (like different costume/colours etc), or do we do a good dwarf, and a bad dwarf, who just come form the same species?.

    More character doodles:
