Lang Oulk, thanks man, i'm doing much better and i 'm planning to do a full detailed character ou of one of those thumbnails, but i'm kinda short on time.

ludic, I'm using multiple tools in cs5, color mixer and smudge r my favorites, i hardly paint with brushes anymore .

SamC, I will, thanks for stopping by man

Fetsch, gotta slow down my painting ways, my tablet is getting scratched all over. poor thing

Black spot, na the thing is to workwith the pain, but the result isn't awsome :p

yogeshj25, yeah gotta do some more sketching, my moleskine is just lying around catching dust.. looked at your sb, like where your art is heading! thanks

monstertree, yeah actually i started to do oils a while ago, haven't really got the chance to take some good pictures , i' ll post some later today.

    xbert,thanks man!

ok shitty update i know, but i just had to post something. some more wips. gonna scan some moleskine sketches which i'll put up later on.

i hope the colors r okay, they appeared superblack on a friends screen.. Hope i'm not painting with wrong monitor settings cause that would just ruin my day.. >.>

    okay! coffee and more sketching!

i think the colors are appearing ok at least in my monitor . Man i really love all your works and their loose and powerful style. I would say that all of these are a great base for further development.Take one to the next level by rendering some more the places of importance.Maybe just some texture overlay can do it.
    Love it!!keep it up!!!

I agree with Monstertree, some very vivid pieces towards the end, some of them remind me of Phil Hale or Dave McKean, and not in a bad way!

    Keep at it!

I dig your colours all around dude! Though there's some naivete to your edges, you're kinda taking edge hierarchy blurs to the extreme where it's almost maneristic and feels sort of "just because". It doesn't feel focused/out-of-focus or important-focal-point/irrelevant-else, it just feels superblurry.

I looked through your sketchbook and hard work pays off it seems, huge progress in a couple of years! I envy your rich imagination and how quick you get your ideas down. Your brushwork looks very fluid and natural too and I like how you play with moody lightings and temperature contrasts.

On the last page, was that a blurred photo or a photostudy? I can't tell. If it's a photostudy, then you fucking killed it! Jesus christ!

I really love the environment with the guy and that flying globe thing too. It has a nice vibe to it
