I second what Seraph Fawkes wrote about the girl holding the bat. The way she holds it does not look very convincing. Your stuff looks very good overall though; you’re certainly improving your painting skills. I remember commenting in your sketchbook some time ago about your linework having a nice flow and “life” that tends to get lost a bit when you paint. Line drawings are nice and loose but tend to become a bit rigid when painted. I still notice this in your latest works but not as much. I’m thinking this will sort itself out when you become more and more confident and painting becomes more fluid.

Perhaps try creating more depth with a contrast between detailed hard-edged areas and softer more diffuse areas. At the moment a find you’re painting to be quite uniformly detailed and crisp which gives a somewhat flat impression.
