The newborn world for mankind. So far it has escaped the touch out outside life during its short geological existance, and now has an atmosphere that can sustain the human race. Man has a second chance to take care of their planet.

    The origin

I imagine the origin of life came from a turbulent past. The planet will be covered in gasses filling the atmosphere coming from volcanoes creating land amidst the vast oceans.

"There are people who think we make them out of cheese."

    "What sort of cheese?"

    "I'm not sure, actually..."

    "Well that's ridiculous anyway."

Corrick and Hideyoshi those are great!

Yeah I miss the EOW's, when they get going I'll try and be a more frequent contributor as well. Last couple months I was doing the Stylized challenges, but those are over for now so I should be able to cook up some EOW's. I need to work on my enviro's anyway.

Sine this thread isn't going anywhere anytime soon..

Guilefine: killer sketch! I love the natural-looking marks. I can feel the energy
Corrick: that's really cool- getting a Hitchhiker's Guide feel from that
    Hideyoshi: awesome as usual
Jakers: I dig yours as well...
Rabies: Good to see you working really hard on these- I'd like to see you try the next one without over-doing the special effects. Try for simple first.. Also- stick to harmonious color. Check out kuler.adobe.com to get some color relationship ideas
Steeve- Like the concept, but I'm having a hard time figuring out whats going on, is the earh being cast? Is it splitting open? Make it clear

    sorry I'm not being constructive.
    Mine is dumb as hell:

Mish - hehe...it doesnt really make sense. I think its more like a dream of the world being created
Also, i dont think your's is dumb. It has great depth. Add a bit of color to your darkest shadows and you'll gain a wee bit extra.

HideYoshi - Kick ass man. Great lighting/atmosphere - i can smell it

I am sorry for the delay and being a total slacker. There is so much commentary in this thread i hate to take it out to take it to poll. I know this is my fault and again I do apologise
New round is posted and I will try to move them on in a more timely fashion
