You've got very cool environments, but you must put the pressure on anatomy studies now.
Good luck!
@ JustinBeckett thank you, i will
@ Icecold I've got few giant books on anatomy, but unfortunately i have a little time to study it (
Sorry, but no updates today. It was a busy day, but there is chance of higly profitable job )

I like your last big headed guy painting! Im really happy to see that you are working on your anatomy, I know that stuff takes lots of time to develop and it is hard to find that time sometimes! Keep up the good work! Im a fan of your colors

It's been almost 4 days, and something good happend - I was invited to gamedevelopers conference KRI for job interview at Nival (you might know them from HoMM5). I've get 3 day freepass, wich normally cost 200 bucks. Even if won't get the job, I would be able to roam there for a lot of good stuff.
Also new Splinter Cell on PC (my xbox currently broken and I still can't buy new one, cause I'm saving for Cintiq) so yeah, it's hard to get drawing )
And for art.. nothing special, just little sketches, i made before bed - all those days i was finishing with my last paid work.
edit: yeah, i know hands mispropotioned here... i was drawing with almost closed eyes )
edit2: added values )

keep up the good work

Well it was few days without updates... But now it worth it ) Finally I've bought Intuos4 and it rocks! Hell yeah, new tablet!. Of course once I've played with cintiq21 there's nothing that could top that, but it's gonna be about 3-4 months before I would be able to afford it... Whatever, here's enviro!

I like that last enviro, the overall color scheme and the little lights in those pillar/archway things are working really well. The only crit would be possibly some more things to reference scale. Maybe a dude in the foreground overlooking it or some little dudes walking under those pillars or something. Regardless, it's great work, keep it up!

And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain."

Well, idea appeared in middle of the work - leftovers of some base, totally abandoned by people, but inhabited by something strange. As scale clues i've left walls in foreground with some signs, and a sort fusebox on the right wall. I just thought that I should try something else, rather thatn adding man again to feel the scale (but yeah, it probablt didn't work out). Anyway, thanks for c&c ))

It was a nice break. But now I'm gonna post with doublepower! Finally I've get to Alchemy and I LOVE IT! It's inspiring and creative - playing with those shape and lines brings up great ideas! Also, thanks to Mat's brushpack. So, here's some to start and also face studies.

hmm do some face studies on photoshop, set it to black and white and practice the values your last face seems flat in several areas and to buldgy in other areas. ;P
yep these problems exist but i can say that mate you are doing very nice improvement lately.Definitely keep up the anatomy studies cause you have to become free of it to unlock more areas. The lightning is less abstract and improved in your enviro works.
Actually you are doing great ,just keep studying
CheckBiomechawolf
Krato doing, just not posting) sometimes it gets ugly with values
kingkostas keeping goingjust never stop
actually that last face just a part of comix story - i've decided to try keep telling story (so realistic rendering wasn't the goal). Strong and consistant. And i'll try to make it daily. I hope it will help me with design\storytelling art.

I wanna see what happens next. Very creative, nice sketchbook.
hey nice stuff there i particulary dig the update from the 4th , nice and clean volume rendering eaxctly what i like![]()
As for you comic i think i like better the style when you don't detail too much like in the three box when he cross the road that's pretty nice , you may try to losen a bit you brush strokes when it come to the face to equalise the style with the surrounding and other boxes( dunno how it called , maybe not boxes )
Anyway kep the good work you're improving
Nice idea. You surely will improve your style, quality and speed. Wanna see what will happen - just don't fail )
Cheers!
Hhehe like the comic... nice work
Joe777k7 few pages already done, and I'm thinking about plot in my spare time
Asahi-SD- Thank you my friend. All that comix quite experimental, I'm trying different approaches, to improve style, speed and technique )
Grassy I'll try
papervampire Thank you, more to come.

Great job man, you get so much done so quick. This looks really professional. See some problems with the foreshortening in his arm while he throws the ciggarette. But its hard to notice . Great job!
