I'm glad that you still work hard on improving in the arts field even tho you wnat to become a doctor.
As a suggestion i highly recommend using economy of the line.
Try to feel out that body pose shape and draw as much as you can witha single accurate, fillied with energy and elegance stroke.
Also your biggest problem at the moment is that you do it super small, i can tell just by looking at those cubes and lines on the previous page.
Buy an A3 paper and stick to it, it should do for now. I'm currently struggling on 50x70 cm one, and doing a straight line on that size is a challenge.
But in the end we no longer draw an eye with a single super small mark, we can go inand druw the lids pupil with details etc.
So go big, and this will help you to improve.
As for pespective, i wont lie to you your studies ain't aimed in the righ direction, you do not understand alot of it's aspect thus making wrong drawings.
Take this as a right example, look at the elipses, how they really behave in perspective.
I know its tough, but slow down, focus and it will pay off.
