Why are you talking about a game, unless you are referring to; that you are using the game concept for this contest. I am not 100% sure this is allowed, I think all artwork must be made 100% for this contest only.

Anyway, ask manley if this is allowed, I wouldnt want your entry in the mids of creation get pulled from the contest.

Thanks for your concern, yes I'm using the concept art of the game for this contest. I will be posting much more over the next few days, as the game is primarily about the earth being re-newed and re - born after it is drained of it's last resources.

I don't think he was referring to your talent, but rather your whole thread doesn't make sense. The contest calls for original art--not game art. If you insist on putting this piece in, you need to ask Jason if it is acceptable, like Evil said. Don't ignore his advice--you will be wasting time submitting this to a contest if it is disqualified. Your pictures in general aren't making much sense. I get that it's some underground military base--but how is this conveying the theme of the contest? As of now, it looks like you are just showing your work for something totally unrelated to this contest. I see that it has to do with the earth dying and being reborn--but the viewer isn't going to have that background story when they view this piece.

I'm not saying this to be mean, I'm saying this to help you understand why we are all a little confused. Please don't take any offense, I'm only trying to help.

Maybe doing the concept of the earth being reborn, unless that's what you're doing and we can't see it yet. Can't see why taking a different approach is any problem. Have fun doing it.
