Love the squatting troll dudes and anatomical studies. Feels like I'm learning something looking at those dwarf/gnomes. Gonna put those in my inspiration file. Cheers!

Reedux, your sketchbook has inspired me to keep drawing/painting. It's great to see the quick progress you made from page 1 to now. I read your statement about motivation (or lack thereof) and felt even better about art. Thanks for everything, honestly!

    looks frikkin awesome!
developed a lot since i last saw your stuff (about a yea ago)

    til next time

p sage - I'm glad if you did learn something, try them yourself. I wanted to see if I could distort the muscles and make it look accurate without using reference.
Spent several hours that day just drawing muscles and memorizing them.

JSpayde - I'm glad you found it useful, I've got tons I could say about motivation but the thing is, it's stuff you already know. You just keep forgetting it and some of it doesnt make sense until you have an "Aha" moment.
Anyway, just keep seeing yourself where you want to be. I visualize on a daily basis and it makes me super pumped, because I know without a doubt that I'll get there!

Small update today, been doing some reading as a break from art. Been so productive lately I felt I needed a break from drawing
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Today I read up on composition and storytelling for animation and decided to do a little study afterwards.

    Till next time, be golden!

Artsy work is going alright, could obviously be better but I'm getting there.
Trying to paint faster, so here is the finished piece.

A water totem didn't make any sense so I opted for a more obvious subject.
    Namely, the sword.

Trying to do more Trading Card Game type illustrations, hopefully I'll get snagged up by Wizards or Blizzard :> *wishfulthinking*

Great work though i'm not a big fan of WOW but your art looks pretty cool, i especially like the more realistic works, i mean the landscape and the girl in the cave.

Keep up with the awesome work!

    Update #2

@Fallenangel - Thanks a lot man, I actually quite like some of the Warcraft art but a lot could be better. As for the game, it was fun
Looking for a balance between realism and taking some artistic freedom.
And how do we get better at drawing kids? By studying reality!

@tobbA - Tack! )

@Jasper_ - Yeah, it would be such an awesome start to a career wouldn't it? That and book covers! :> In a few years I'd totally wanna work on animation and film as well! Thanks, hope I don't disappoint!

@Marlo - Cheers man! Trying to get work from Riot as well!

@Danny_K - Oooh, me too! *touch wood* Thanks.

Thanks for all the nice comments guys, really appreciate it
I've painted some more and decided to do a quick paintover to sort of show a thumbnail? of what the finished image will look like but prettier :X
I've been commission to do a book cover too, super pumped! I'll be able to show it when it's done next month :>

Oh hells yes! Those thumbs are epic!! Do them all please! I can't pick which I like best. They're all dynamic in thier own way. But if I WERE to break what i just said, then I would say the left one, because that angle just says so much! Theres a lot going on, I really feel it, and the composition is gold

    Right, so.
Work in progress, first thumb. I wasn't sure if I wanted to make him evil or good, after a few scribbles he looked more good than evil so whatever
