    my 5 cents: in that last b\w study of a girl, your shadows on her face are way too dark, I think there should be more of reflected light coming from that white drapery hanging from her head.

    nwo that is a good batch of gesture studies. if you can keep up that quality and amount, that will take you far.
    the painting study is good too, there's a good amount of attention to the break down of the foreground, middleground, and bg. Keep at it!
