Sorry to hear that, man. He sounded like a really cool cat, I'm sorry he had to go like that.

I really love the war theme, nice drawings. Your drawing is soulful, It has such an aged quality. Bravo. Where do you get this obsession with war? Just curious.
First of all,I'm really sorry about your cat.I know how you feel because one of my three cats died last summer plunging from the bedroom window of the 4th floor right on the pavement and he died that night even though I took him at 1 in the morning to the vet.
Anyway, enough with the off-topic talk. This is a great sketchbook you have here.
I can see it's mostly war themed stuff you're doing and that's perfectly fine, because you're very good at it and I'm a fan of war movies.Your sketches are great and some even have a vintage feel to them, which adds to the effect.
I'll have to subscribe to your sketchbook because it's going to be inspiring or will be used as reference when I'll do something war related.
I would like to see your take on a tense night from Nam with some sweaty, dirty american soldiers searching for Viet Congs through the jungle.pld:
thx for the comments about my cat guys, i really appreciate it, that week was fucking terrible
a digipaint of a mobster with a thompson, makes me think of road to perdition

Makes me think of Jack Nicholson from Batman or from Chinatown blowing off some steam by shooting something/someone with a tommy gun.Awesome!
Dude, your digital painting skills have gotten so good! Your drawings have always been good.Love this last one, btw!
Great update man, I'm sorry to hear about your animal friend![]()
Lovely sketchbook man. Your linework has got a really nice quality to it, subtle but expressive and bold at the same time.
You've got great taste too! love the aguirre and alien pics and all the old school world war 2 and movie stuff reminds me of old pulp comics. Love expressions you get on everyones faces.![]()

Nice mood in your work, I really like it.
Thanks for sharing!![]()
likin all the new stuff hombre!!! keep rockin!
Really liking your stuff here, especially the historical&war themes.
On the Alien piece, maybe larger fields of values or shadow areas would solidify it a bit more, as well as bring some mood depending on where you want to go with it.
Refreshing to see so much traditional stuff really, keep it up.

Loving that first one in the last update, has good contrast, clean lines, and great attention to gear (as always), good expression too. I think that the man in the last portrait has narrow shoulders.
